I started sessions with Paradigm due to having upper & middle back pain for many years. The pain recently started waking me up at night. I tried chiropractic care & massages but those things only helped temporarily. Going to the gym & exercising regularly has always been part of my life, but my back pain persisted. After a few sessions with Kevin my back pain has completely went away!! I wish that I would have done this many years ago. I can now do regular push ups with no back pain & my golf swing has also greatly improved as an extra bonus!! I would highly recommend Paradigm Physical Therapy you will be so grateful for trusting them with your care!! Thank you Kevin for changing my life!!!

The Paradigm Physical Therapy and Wellness team is amazing. I worked with Kevin while returning to CrossFit one year postpartum. Kevin brought a tremendous amount of energy and creativity to every session. He started each session with an assessment of where I was both mentally and physically, and adjusted on the fly to make sure he was providing the absolute highest quality of therapy possible each week. Even better, I gained skills that I can apply to every future workout. Paradigm Physical Therapy & Wellness is outstanding! I came in with a very intense nerve injury in my hip and could not walk more than 5 feet without pain. As a coach and athlete this issue created a significant challenge for me on many levels. Kevin quickly diagnosed the issue, put my mind at ease that this was fixable, and placed me on the path toward healing in a hurry. In less than 2 weeks I was back on my feet and able to move freely again. After 10 sessions I was not only able to move freely, I was able to get back to training and was able to compete in a 4 day CrossFit competition less than 3 months after the initial injury. For anyone in need of relief from pain or injury I highly recommend Paradigm Physical Therapy & Wellness. Their philosophy and knowledge are top tier and they will get you on the path to pain free movement quickly.

I highly recommend Kevin at Paradigm Physical. After heel surgery 2 years ago, I thought i was “healed” but then i had knee pain when running and working out. After Kevin examen me, he diagnosed it as a hip issue. It seems sitting at a desk job for 30 years can cause that. Kevin has worked diligently to remedy that issue. I am now using muscles that I never knew existed. I will be 67 in September and I am now able to workout at the gym 4 times a week, walk/run on off days, hike and keep up with my grandkids. Things to know: Kevin is a wealth of knowledge, learn from him and ask questions. We’ve discussed issues from physical to mental fitness to diet and supplements. Secondly, PT pain or discomfort is temporary and it will lead you to mobility now and for the future life you want to live. In two months of regular visits including work, sweat, and education at Paradigm, I regained significant flexibility, mobility, and strength that I didn’t even realize I had lost. Aging has a way of slowing you down if you let it just happen. Being intentional with activity and doing it right is so liberating. Kevin is great at explaining, showing and pinpointing proper form and movement to maximize the potential for improved daily living. At 75, I was not “injured” but wanted to find ways to improve my ability to do what I love to do such as road cycling, mountain biking, maybe even getting back into CrossFit, golfing with my wife, and just general well being. Came to Paradigm with poor alignment of my neck and recurrent neck spasms. Kevin worked with me and I now have renewed mobility of my neck! I never thought this was possible!
