I don't know what is it with these receptionist but I called yesterday and today to get a refill and both times they told me yes we will let the doctor know and we will call later on today ..And they never did That's just not cool 👎

So I had gotten some test done about three weeks ago I was told by my doctor to be persistent and keep calling for my results, as she understood my work conflict . although I did and I called EVERY HOUR and every day I NEVER got my results (I also left voicemails) . I came in today on Saturday the main person( a lady) there was rude and her demeanor was off. She stated she was in charge. I have every right to be upset on why I can’t get a hold of someone to get it, and how long it has taken to get my results. . I will be filing. A complaint with the medical board after todays visit. The unprofessionalism is unreal. Oh and if you get in a accident you are not able to bring your kids to their pediatrician, to ensure your kids are okay, As I was told by the lady at the front desk.

The wait time is ridiculous! Approximately 2hrs, at least! Only to be seen for max 10minutes! I’m sure they are charging medical and other insurances full one hour sessions. It’s wrong. (Review is for OB, next door building). Please see below. You check in, then get called in maybe within 20mins (nurse inside does work fast and efficiently. Takes vitals and occasionally withdrawals blood), then get sent back out to the lobby. You will approximately wait for an HOUR (at least or more) then get put in the doctor’s office (Dr. Barbosa), only to wait in there for another 30mins. When she finally decides to come in, she’ll maybe see you for 5mins! Unless you ask her any questions then you’ll prolong your time a little. But over all she does not educate you or give you any information regarding your pregnancy (which is something we really need, specially as first time moms). I wasn’t even informed that she will not be my delivery Doctor until I wanted to confirm one day. Smh. Horrible service on the doctors behalf. My appointment today was at 10:30am, it is now 12:07pm and they haven’t put me in the doctors office yet to be seen by the doctor. Once I do get put in there, I’ll have to wait for another 30min before she comes in to see me. It is ridiculous! Parking is HORRIBLE too. And it’s like this every single time! The lobby is always full of people waiting. I just don’t get why they have us waiting for so long went they only see us for max 10-15min (unless you have and ultrasound, add another 15min). I wish I would have changed clinics sooner. I’m getting further along in my pregnancy and jst don’t have the patience for this type of treatment anymore. They don’t even take that into account. Smh. I’m so frustrated, mad and disappointed. I feel powerless.

I’ve been coming here with Dr Tran for years he was my pediatric doctor. He’s a great doctor but my negative review it’s to the office. Wait times are ridiculous. I came Friday and it looked like they had full staff but there was no seats so I said I would return Saturday and it’s worse! I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours! I think it’s time to find a new doctor this will be my last visit. Update: I was there for 4 hours and had a 5min consult. PPO patients don’t waste your time here!

Dr. Barbosa is the worse OB, very dismissive and is not allowed to be the delivering doctor at the hospital due to her being banned from Long Beach Memorial for having patients files in her car ( one of the labor nurses informed me of this and described her as “being weird”).

This must be the worst, most unorganized clinic in Paramount. Every time I bring my new born son with my wife we wait about 2-3 hours with an appointment. The staff seems very lazy and gossip for most of the time and the doctor takes FOREVER to attend to you. I cant wait til we switch our sons doctor to someplace more attentive, organized, and clean.

Although they do take long between patience. It is a walk in clinic. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They have different providers as well as over the phone consultations. Not many clinics have walk in appt everyday. They are good and they do their best to accommodate their walk-ins as well as their appointments for the day.

Horrible. This place should be closed. Not professional, front staff not trained, every-time I come here it’s something. Oh, “ we can’t do this cause you just got of your period” so why ask me my last menstrual cycle and still book me an appointment ” Poorly ran clinic and needs a serious reinvention of staff . Why are their cockroaches in the room? Why when I exit the bathroom two staff just talking about my business casually in open halls ! This isn’t a time to gossip, literally violates the HIPPA PRIVACY RULE. Don’t waste your time see someone else. Don’t bring your kids here, hell no. The name is embrassing for all Latinos , PARA LATINOS “ ugh no don’t use that name… with such horrible services your staff gives with little to no care and instead of being nice and solving issues your staff want to talk back, be smart mouth, and be rude . 0 stars for me and I’m the easiest person on the planet to make happy lol
