Panther Health and Wellness Clinic - Community Clinic

Walked into the Community Clinic on Jefferson and Mt. Olive at 1:45pm for deep wound care that was 48hrs old. They didn’t have any appointments available so they directed me to their Panther location down the street. I had a 2:30pm appointment and was being seen by triage at 2:08pm. After being seen by the triage personnel, the nurse practitioner came in almost immediately. She was so friendly and personable. After getting a tetanus vaccine, having my wound assessed and being directed to go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription I was in and out. Was back home with my Rx by 3:15pm. I do not currently have health insurance so they had me fill out a form for sliding scale payment eligibility. I paid nothing out of pocket to be seen. Whatever monies are owed, they will simply bill me for once they assess my eligibility for a reduced rate. Everybody I dealt with was very accommodating and friendly.

Staff members are friendly, helpful, and caring. Services are fast. Counseling and treatment are excellent. Love this clinic.

The staff at the Panther Community Clinic are warm, efficient, and capable. They listened, asked questions, and did not rush me. They provided the information I needed.

I felt a little weird going here at first because I thought maybe since it was located next to a school that it was for lower income or since I am fortunate enough to be able to afford my own insurance that I was somehow abusing a community asset, but I asked my Physician about it and they assured me that I was not and that I was more than welcome to be there and I felt like there was an exceptional amount of care given to me and other people around me . I would highly recommend this clinic not only do they have tons of resources there that most doctors offices do not have an often times have to send you to another Location, but I really felt like they listened and cared about me and my health

Love Sarah Lechner. She is the best!! She will work with you and look for solutions to your problems She is very attentive in listening to all symptoms to come up with best treatment in helping you instead of just medicating you and sending you on your way. I Hope she stays a long time.

I love this place . The staff there are very nice the Dr there is Grade AAA+++ . I will say out of all the Dr I had into my life Dr Pete greanderson is the best . A Dr who care . The wait room is nice and quiet very peace for. Also very easy when the Nurse has to take your blood very great at it as well. I highly recommend people go to this Dr office. A lot better than any other out of siloam springs Ar. Love how they treat you more like a family then just another patient. I truly love the Dr and the staff as well.
