Panorama Physical Therapy - Centennial

Great experience and success during my visits. Mainly Conner, who worked with me and helped me recover from two foot surgeries. All the therapists are helpful and amazing along with the therapy assistants at the Centennial site. I would highly recommend Panorama PT. Thank you Conner for helping me get my almost normal stride back!

Panorama is top notch! I had full hip replacement of both hips a couple of years ago there and now major repair on my left shoulder. Everything from the receptionist to the surgeon, nurses and physical therapists are awesome. They know their stuff and really care.

I have received excellent care at this physical therapy office. I’ve gone there for most of the last year, for pre surgery, and post surgery therapy, for two separate procedures. My recovery from both surgeries has been much faster and better because of the care I’ve gotten there. Conor has been especially great! Thank you for helping me through my knee troubles this past year!

I am actively engaged in recovery from a knee surgery. Everyone has been a breeze in scheduling the appointments, timeliness when arriving and starting PT and staff organization.in admin of appointment. Seems like they have a great records management system to track progress. Would love a app that allows patient to see progress.

PPT has been a great experience from check-in to my first appointment evaluation, to my follow up appointments. Connor has been great at explaining what he observes and how I can improve. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and relays that as he is instructing, guiding, and helping me to heal.

Convenient locations. Very professional, and personal instruction and care. Each therapist has more time to spend with their patients at this office.

This location was absolutely amazing when Jordan still ran the front! She was quick and knew how insurance works and very understanding. The new girl Leila was no help whatsoever. I have been going to the same location to see Kevin for about 2 years now. Ever since Kevin and Jordan left the place has been an absolute s*** show. I was told I have a balance at panorama and I had to pay it first before scheduling (which I understood and said I would pay and call back to schedule) I was then able to pay my balance and get my confirmation number for the transaction and had proof of it being pulled from my account. I called back multiple times after making the payment and was told it still shows a block in the system and they can’t schedule. I provided the confirmation number and even spoke with billing and was told that I should be able to schedule that there is no more block since I paid. I called maybe 6 times within 2 weeks trying to get scheduled as I have a lot of pain due to being involved in a hit and run. I got in contact with the boss Jackie and she was no help as well. Both her and Leila said they would look into this and call me back and I heard absolutely nothing. And when I called in to get an update to schedule the front desk girl Leila sighed as if I was the inconvenience? This location is horrible. They are understaffed and over run and the front desk does not know what is going on. They even had one of the providers run the front due to her not knowing what was going on. It’s just very unprofessional now and I tried giving the benefit of the doubt due to them going through changes and the front being new. It takes time to get acclimated but I just can’t with this anymore. It’s completely unprofessional now. So, I transferred my records to another facility after a few weeks of trying to get scheduled. I know one person leaving the practice isn’t going to do much. But just consider a new facility. The place was perfect with Jordan and Kevin and it’s just not that anymore.
