Panorama Physical Therapy - Bradburn

Crickett was great to work with. She was very clear on what I need to do and I felt like she took the time to understand my ultimate goals with getting back to normal. Additionally, she was great at getting to know me and we had a great conversation about various topics during my visit. Overall, it was a great appointment.

All of the Physical Therapists at Panorama have been great. Creighton would probably be considered my primary PT. He has been excellent at explaining the recovery process and answering questions. I am certain I would not have experienced near the progress I have without his knowledge, firm encouragement and expertise.

I’ve always had the utmost respect for Panerama as a hole. After three surgeries I I’ve got to say I’ve never experienced a better group of Doctors, Nurses, Staff and Rehab specialists Thank you all so much!!!! Dale

PT can be tough physically and mentally. Creighton helped me recover from knee surgery and provided excellent care while understanding the mental hurdles I experienced post surgery.

I was very pleased with my experience at Panorama Bradburn. The staff was very welcoming. Cricket was extremely knowledgeable and warm. She referred me back to the surgeon when I was not making progress. She thought I was getting scar tissue build up and this was the problem. I needed a surgical release. After this, I made good progress and am now doing well. I am extremely satisfied with the staff and especially Cricket.

Cricket has been wonderful during my shoulder recovery. She had come highly recommended to our family through many orthopedic consultations and surgeries. Cricket has great tenure with panorama and it’s easy to see why her customers enjoy her. Despite her beating up on me each visit(only kidding, that’s part of healing) she truly does a great job. She is concerned about my return to my hobbies and activities. She protects my repairs during her work while still pushing me back to action in a safe and timely manner. She’s very personable as well which makes for an enjoyable visit.

People working at Panorama Braeburn are very helpful and make you feel comfortable. Creighton is my PT & he is very knowledgeable and patient, but pushes me to achieve my goals. I appreciate the help I get from my physical therapist & many of their assistants. Everyone tries to make it a positive experience!

Do not use Panorama's PT! First, they are not very attentive to your needs. I was going to PT after having a shoulder surgery, and they would spend 10 minutes with me one on one during each session. They have very little to work with it their facilities to help you make a full recovery. Most of the time they will just have to send you home or to a gym to do the exercises on your own, but charge you for an hour session. My other experience is being billed incorrectly. They were not honest about the amount that was going to be charged, and ended up charging me over double what they told me. I do have insurance, but if you don't, they have later told me they will charge between $400-500 for an hour PT session. Again, to work with you for under an hour. It would probably be best to find a more experience PT group in the area to see. I would never trust Panorama again and PT is very important for a full recovery.
