The rehab department and nursing staff gave excellent care. Everyone communicated between shifts with my needs and goals. My call bell answered in a timely manner. Pain management was excellent, each day was ask if current regiment was working for me. My case manager made discharging home very smooth. Physicians addressed my concerns in a timely manner. The food was excellent had many choices to choose from.

A beautiful and clean facility with caring staff! I feel privileged to work with such amazing clinicians who ensure all patient needs are met. I’m also impressed by the level of therapy provided and the therapy equipment available to help our patients!

I came to PAM because of a stroke. Their professional, friendly and caring demeanor made this difficult rehab tolerable and safe. The times I was down and hurting, they were always there to help and give me encouragement. Every single staff member was amazing. Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. Physical therapist's Aaron and Devin were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, while also pushing me in my recovery. Occupational therapist Gretchen was also fantastic to work with. This is the best place to be when needing rehabilitation help for amputation patients. Everyone from nurses, all employees who helped in every way was kind, helpful and understanding. The OT and PT instructors were awesome!!! They were diligent in instructing how to improve weakness in the body.

During my stay at Pam, I was very impressed with the level of of care shown by the staff. Therapy was top notch, and they worked a dedicated team to get me as well as possible! Also, between therapies the CNA staff were very kind & attentive. Special thanks to Liz, CNA; Douglass, PT; Joel, OT.

I wish I could give Joe my case manager a ten star review as he is an exceptional human being! He is empathetic, wise beyond his years and compassionate! There are no shortage of words, however, rare a person he is to simply tell this organization: do not let him ever leave! The same applies to Lacey. Lacey is another young nurse who cares for her patients with a gentle tenderness. Her ability to discern simply speaks to her wisdom. In the area of physical therapy, Evie’s attention to particular detail is superb in her field of thought! I wish I could have taken her home! With respect to Barbara, the kitchen manager, she was on point EVERYDAY with the menu! Her staff executed their jobs on point, thus a great reflection of Barbara’s work ethic. This is a wonderful place to get your rehabilitation done. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Aaron and Devin are great PTs. They worked you hard but never over did it. Gretchen the OT is a wonder to work with. It was great to work with Alex and Patrick. The CNAs are fun to be around, especially Janele, Sergio Therri and Estella. Nessa is wonderful, making sure appointments are kept and transportation is taken care of. Chris the case manager is great making sure you have everything needed when you are discharged. I would recommend PAM yo anyone needing an acute rehabilitation clinic.
