The experience here was pretty good. Other than being moved from a personal room we were told we could have for the whole time, we understood; the incoming patient was contagious. The duration of the time the staff was pleasant, antibiotics were giving pretty much on time. Cleanliness, gloves, and rooms were cleaned regularly. We would recommend this facility to anyone who asked.

Besides Annique and Katherine, don’t go. I understand they are going to move to a new facility eventually but in the meantime, very poor PT environment. One bike for everyone, one recline bike with seat broken so they have a chair in front of it and one tread mill. Be aware you will share the only parallel bars with three of your closet neighbors. No room to exercise on floor, in fact, no floor with mats at all! Never once saw anyone use the inflated balls on a rack or anything else. I’m afraid to see what they charge for my 30 minutes of therapy, the remainder is ice if you want it but you still get charged the hour I assume, but again I’m afraid to see what they bill. The two therapist I mention above are GREAT and will push you, but you almost have to self direct your care and ask for the shove. I went to their previous facility with Arch and it was good, this is terrible and like being in a hospital ward. My opinion and assessment only.

I've been working with Cheyenne Smith for about a month now and she's been amazing PT to work with! She's super kind, helpful and has helped make a big difference in the progress I've been making. She truly cares about her clients and it shows.

Liz (my OT) was awesome! She really helped me a lot on my healing journey. I was always seen right away (no waiting) and always treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I'm very grateful! Palomar Rehab is a wonderful facility.

Know before you go how much this physical therapy center is charging for treatments. It took me 4 visits before they finally wrote down how much physical therapy treatments were going to cost me. I had been asking for an estimated amount even before my initial visit. They kept telling me they would call me with the amount or they would have it for me on my next visit. This went on for a while until my 4th visit when I finally got an estimate from the front desk during physical therapy. I had to speak loudly (aka make a scene) in order to get an estimate for treatment. The first two days of physical therapy cost $1,827. 1st visit: $405 charge for an evaluation, $257 for E-Stim, $249 for Therapy Exercises. 2nd visit: $257 for E-Stim, $164 for Vaso, $249 for Therapy Exercises and $246 for Man Therapy. $1,944.00 for the next 3 visits. 5 visits for a total charge of $3,771, the 5th visit was for exercise only ($434). Billing advised me there were 2 charges for my 5th visit because one was for activity and the other for exercise? I spoke to other Physical Therapy places around the area and they were WAY less expensive for physical therapy treatment. Unfortunately, insurance didn't pick up most of the costs so I'm writing this review with the hope that everyone will check their insurance and costs before you go. In the 10 years I have received physical therapy, this is the first place that took 4 visits to get me an estimate / costs for their services. In fact, I went to another physical therapy place a couple of weeks later and they charged $163.77 which included the evaluation and physical therapy exercises. Otherwise, the physical therapy place was usually packed. They always sent out a reminder phone call the day before your appointment so you can cancel if there was an emergency. I hope this review will help anyone considering costs for physical therapy at this location.

As others have said, try to find out what you will really be paying. They took my copay each visit, but now I have a bill for much more also. Palomar Health says they can only estimate what you will pay, and then months later send bills for more. I will try somewhere else next time
