Palm Springs Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center

I have been a resident here for 6 months now and all I can say is that this is the best place in Palm Springs. The staff is caring and patient they soon become family. I have received great care and service. The girls Maggie and Maya in social services are sweethearts and make sure I have everything I need as a long term resident. I am grateful and lucky to have found a home here at palm springs Healthcare.

Navigating the care of our elderly loved ones is emotionally challenging. My mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. When her cognition declined we had to find 24 hr care for her. Seeing this facility with only 2.8 stars didn't feel good to place her. But boy, they deserve 10 stars! It's is clean, they're friendly, caring and catering. I was so impressed and grateful when they approached me about moving our mom to assisted living. They knew she was too active for their facility. They, Denise, immediately took care of the request for an assisted living waiver so she could move next door to Windsor Court. They're getting a 5 star review too. In my experience you can trust the care of your dear ones at this home.

This facility concentrates on rehabilitation and helping people get over falls, which is so so important. They help me so much the staff there that really help me were Jonah the physical therapist and Lulu who helped with my room and everything I needed the front office staff is fantastic always willing to help and that’s Maggie and Maya, I really think that people when they’re looking for a facility for rehabilitation should not look over this facility. It’s really a good one.

I had the best experience while at this facility. My nurse Francisco was so caring and helpful. they have the best staff especially Lulu my helper was so nice and always helping me with anything I needed. the food was good and the rehab was excellent. I definitely recommend.

The rehab team and social worker Maggy make this place amazing. The care is good and the place was clean. Other than having my room switched 4 times, the staff was all good. Rooms are decent maybe some remodeling would be nicer. The marketing is misleading at times, asi was promised a private room and the blonde woman in the office did a bait and switch when I came in, not ethical , but Josh and his team made up for the rest of my experience.

My Mom had taken a fall and was sent here for aftercare and physical therapy. Upon arriving, I smelt a strong urine smell, and although the lobby was cool, it looked nice. That was NOT what the rooms were like. They were hot, small, and it was two to a room. The food was horrible, and did I say it smelt like urine. My Mom was so uncomfortable, she called me that night crying. My Mom's roommate had been there for 3 days and had not seen a doctor or physical therapist. While I was in the room, the roommate pushed the call button but nobody came, she pushed it again, still nobody came, I could hear a woman screaming in pain, which my Mom said went on all night long. My Mom begged me to come back and get her the following day. When I got there, there was still no a/c, and it was 114 degrees outside. The woman was still screaming. I felt that the social services lady was rude, and I saw her roll her eyes at me in a gesture to a male worker. DO NOT leave your loved one here. They will be better off at home. This place is HORRIBLE !!! God help the patients in there 🙏

Great place, I got physical therapy and was able to go home in better shape than I've ever been. Thank you especially to the girls in social services Maggie and Maya who always made me smile they are the best!

This was a horrific facility. There was no a/c 114 outside temp, strong smell of urine, the food was horrible, the beds were very uncomfortable, patients screaming in pain. My roommate pushed her call button and nobody came. she had been there 3 days with not one visit from a doctor or physical therepist. Do not put your loved ones in this facility. There was absolutely not thing acceptable about the place. HORRIBLE !!!!
