Staff is rude. Won't let husband/wives go to back with patient. Worse medical facility been to. Dirty and unsanitary!! Smells awful bad! No customer service skills at all!!!

This location takes forever over an hour of just sitting after signing in and another hour in exam room. Its ridiculous the time just sitting this location I believe is the only place that makes you wear a mask the only thing about that it helps cover the smell in that office they need to redo the carpet or something it smells like mold yes I have a sensitive sense of smell . The tulare location was alot better, at least they weren't rude there. And Not professional at all.

Absolute trash. I would rather pay myself than ever depend on this place again. Literally ruined my life for a year. First place in Tulare shut down after failing to provide proper care, and now I'm stuck here with the owner who is no better. Unbelievably rude and asks awkward unnecessary questions. Couldn't get physical therapy for 8 months, and I only got 5 visits! A couple of bottles of pain meds tossed at me when I'd plead for pain management. This place is a scam!!!!

Ull sit in waiting room 2 hr to 5 hr in my experience. The dr will tell u to find another Dr if u ask too many questions and will not listen to anything u say. He'll also make feel bad for being injured. Also had a random man walking my room while I was waiting on a dr and try to give me a shot with a uncapped syringe of idk what fluid I dont get injections or shots their I had to tell her she was not touching me w that. N stormed out passed off.

I have been using Dr. Tenn as my primary doctor for over 25 years and he and his staff have always given me excellent care. I've even had to go in on weekends and the person on call always arrived promptly and was in a good mood and took x rays and what ever else I needed and never gave me the rush. It's comforting to know you have a place to go and be treated where they have access to your medical history and do an excellent job.

I went in there for a pre employment physical and drug screen. I passed everything they had me do. Then the doctor, if you can even call him that, checks me out. He asked me about my back pain. Which anybody who has scoliosis knows is normal. I tell him how it's occasionally affecting me but has never stopped me from lifting. He acts like he didn't hear me and keeps harping on it. All in all this piece of trash doctor cost me a good paying job. I'm fully submitting complaints with BBB and whatever professional medical places I have to with the state. Don't go to him he's completely unprofessional and will not be hearing the end of it.

Im really not a review or complaining type of person but this place really needs some leadership and organization. The front staff seems lost and can never give you a straight answer. I was waiting for one hour I had to ask what was going on and they told me sorry I forgot about you, wow! The girls are very unprofessional it's like it's there first job in a medical office. I hope the girls step up there game and make our Hispanic ppl look good and not like some remate air heads. Sorry but had to be said.

Horrible bedside manner from the MD, disorganized front desk, and extremely disrespectful manager "Cassandra," who refused to provide her last name, *also* refused to give me a copy of the results of my own physical exam. This is illegal practice. A patient has a right to have their own PMI/PMH. These people should be shut down.
