Palm Gardens Health and Rehabilitation, LLC

I had a family member who recently had to use Palm Gardens for care because we were unable. Their staff and management were so kind and my family member felt like they were at home the entire time. I am so grateful for the nursing staff and the management at Palm Gardens I would highly recommend, especially Erica Myrick, she made the transition in and out so smooth and seamless.

My past two years working here have been great! Palm Gardens is somewhere I would trust my own family to go. They treat you like family and go out of their way to help you.

I truly enjoy coming to work everyday at Palm Gardens. When I transferred here from another facility everybody made me feel welcome! It’s a big family filled with kind & living people,

My mom was at this facility. The staff was very nice. It smelled good. She left feeling much better and doing much more than when she got there.

Over an 18 day stay for rehab, I was unable to get returned phone calls and only able to have 1 patient care phone call and only after raising heck. The nurses and staff were very kind to my Mom but administratively I would not let my worst enemy’s dog go to this facility. I am fairly certain that they might have even not disclosed the full situation with my Mom’s condition to Medicare which resulted in an early termination of benefits. My Mom is ABSOLUTELY not able to do the things that they attested to me that she could do. Also, the AC has been broken off and on for 4 months now according to the staff. I had such high hopes that this facility would get my Mom back up on her feet but at this point she is worse than she was when I took her into the facility. I have reached out to the State Ombudsman and will be discussing the situation with Medicare and other authorities.

Clean facility, AMAZING therapy department, staff is friendly, no weird smells, nursing staff has improved tremendously - patients also get to do a lot of fun activities like garden, bingo, and they even have church on Sunday in the dining hall!!

Palm Gardens is a good place to work. I also had family member here staff was nice and friendly. I would recommend Palm Gardens

NHS is a great company to work for. It is noted that the employees are so loved and taken care of at palm Gardens.
