Palatka Physical Therapy

I have been a patient here for the past few weeks. While I'm happy with the care I received. I'm disappointed in the $300 bill I received because they went over the suggested care for my insurance. They failed to mention it to me when I was getting close to the cut off date. They continued to schedule visits knowing there was a possibility the insurance would deny care. I was going to leave a much better review for the care a received but considering I'm now $300 in the hole on something that could have been brought up at the time I could have fixed it. Now I'm told I need to play phone tag with my insurance because this matter is now out of their hands, but yet.... This office is who receives that $300. I was happy here, but the lack of disregard for this very big piece of information has changed that. Thank you for not keeping an eye out for your patients

I was visiting family for 2 weeks and needed to continue PT while there. I was super highly pleased with PPT. Dr. Myles and his team are outstanding! They share a passion in what they do and that shows greatly in their skills, compassion and attention. The front office staff are very pleasant to work with and assured I had all of my appointments scheduled before I arrived in FL. Special thanks to Dr. Myles, Kiersten SDPT, and Dillon (my team).

PPT is beyond rating. They are first rate in all aspects of their operation. A rare and welcome experience. Cleanliness, friendly, helpful therapists that are knowledgeable and accommodating! I honestly believe they made my recovery shorter and more easily managed.

This place needs 10 stars. Everyone is amazing! Extra special thanks for Michelle who I call an angel. I had a really rough time after my acl surgery. Was in the unknown. They immediately took me in, gave me direction & are just the best people to work with. I HIGHLY recommend coming here and seeing Dr. Miles & all other lovey staff. Would not be where I am knee wise if it wasn’t for them. So I’m truly blessed!

I am so impressed with Palatka physical Therapy. I have issues with right and left shoulders after replacement surgeries last year. My previous Therapy wasn't done properly. The therapists here are knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and kind giving needed Therapy with a smile. Everyone working there is caring and friendly. I am doing great after just a few sessions, and looking forward to a future of getting my life back. I feel blessed I found them, and my surgeon referred me.

They have been very kind and very professional. They don’t push you farther than you can handle. They are definitely they to help you to rehab back as close to normal as possible. I would recommend Palatka Physical Therapy to anyone who needs it. Love these guys. Especially Krista such a sweet soul ❤️❤️

Palatka PT is one of the best outpatient rehabilitations I have had the privilege of visiting. From the friendly faces at the front desk to the warmth you feel in the back when you’re receiving treatment. Their physical therapy staff is exceptional. Dr. Miles is so personal. He knows how to take care of every patient based on their needs for the best results as well as treating the rest of the staff as a family. I have heard multiple compliments on the entire staff and believe their work ethic and empathy they show their patients go a long way. Austen, Kristen, and Kaysie truly go above and beyond to treat their patients. Anyone would be lucky to attend therapy at such a great place. Thank you all for helping improve quality of life to everyone you touch. ♥️

It all starts when you walk through the front door, you see 2 angelic smiling faces, their names are Michele & Melinda :) It starts there, BUT it certainly doesn't end there. It continues into the therapy staff, who ARE very professional, neat, organized, in a wonderful environment!!! The level of expertise and knowledge helping you heal up, & recover from whatever injury you're dealing with, is excellent, fantastic and a BLESSING from GOD!!! Miles is the captain of this ship and he does an excellent job of keeping it afloat!!! With Over 30 years of experience, you can tell that Miles is at the top of the mountain and if not, for my experience in coming here, I would have never realized what lousy and inferior service, I've been getting for over 6 months, at other places :( This is, THE EPITOME OF PHYSICAL THERAPY. You're not going to find better than this, you will see it and feel it as soon as you walk in the door. There is a night and day difference from every other place. I thank GOD, that HE LED ME right here!!!
