Marilyn Barraza The new patient coordinator lacks professionalism and has quite the temper. They don’t send calendar invites, are out of date with technology, have issues communicating with attorneys offices, and when you ask them to communicate with your attorney they become irate.

Such a positive energy, affirming staff throughout the facility. I love Dayon’s energy and knowledge and how she wraps up the experience. Dr Saluda’s physical therapy is painfully restorative-no pain, no gain. Right? I appreciate how he teaches while he treats. Dr Song has been equally helpful with restoring my old bones and muscles back to a more youthful feel and usefulness. Thank you all. I really enjoy being greeted by the front staff with smiles coming and going. Michele Manker

I rarely wait more than 5 minutes to be seem despite this being a very busy practice. You have to be prepared to schedule weeks in advance. Appointments can fill up quickly

Wow! Terribly argumentative staff, very rude and unprofessional. Terrible scheduling abilities are outweighed by their incompetence to complete even the most basic tasks. Highly recommend any other office

Dr. Hou is a very patient doctor. He is very knowledgeable on the Radio Frequency Ablation procedure as well as the steroid and epidural shots that I received. The staff is very friendly and very attentive to their patients. It shows that Dr. Hou really cares for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Hou as your Pain Management Specialist.

The entire staff is so friendly! The doctors are incredibly informative and explain everything. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I went for a work related back injury and within a few sessions I started feeling so much relief! Definitely would recommend them to anyone. They are amazing.

I have been coming to Pain Care of SD now for about 6 weeks. Since the first day I have visited them they have been an awesome group of people to work with. Dr’s and message therapists have been great and knowledgeable with my specific problem. I have seen major improvements in my pain and would highly recommend them to anyone who is suffering with body pain.

This place is awesome. Dr. Majors took good care of me. The reception staff is awesome and the Physical Therapy is out of this world! I had a torn Achilles 4 months ago and now I am walking 6 miles a day and running up stairs.
