Awful experience, my husband was sent away because it was a worker's comp case. His physician referred him there from Concord, NH, to get the shot asap, they said they had the shot. Our appointment was at 1:45 p.m., he did not get out of the office until 3:15, and as I said with no treatment. We also have Blue Cross insurance as well. A patient's care should come before billing purposes, totally unacceptable. I would have paid the co-pay. I called them back 3 days later because I wanted to know why another appointment wasn't scheduled, and the receptionist, who was very rude and condescending , said she has to wait for the appointment to be approved by the Insurance Company. In the meantime, my husband's pain is getting worse and worse. The unprofressionalism and disorganization was totally unacceptable.
