I used to go here. I left because I found the doctor to be rude plus he constantly gave me injections that did not help with bad side effects. Looking back, I wasted a lot of time and insurance money going here and was still in pain. Thank Goodness for my new pain doc !

I was new in town and just took y chance in yellow pages. I met dr. Saint and he has been a life savor. I previously had the sa.e pain dr. 11 years so the change was fearful. Dr Saint calmed my worries x and has been a great dr.

E for taking the time out & helping me with my pain management my situation is VERY difficult I have been Chronic Care patient for over 20 years & as we all know the situation only gets worse without surgery 🥺but DR. E was very patient with me & he listened to all my concerns and for that I’m SOO grateful the staff is wonderful and Mrs K @ the Front has wonderful Energy Thank you all the whole staff .

After a year of looking for a pain specialist, I found Dr. Daniel Saint Elie. Every doctor I went to wouldn't touch me with a 10' pole because they did not want to take the time to understand my condition. Well, Dr. Saint Elie knew right away how to address my issue, and unlike every other doctor, he addressed a systemic approach and just didn't say here's a shot have a nice day. As I said he systemically approached the pain by eliminating what doesn't work rather than telling me this will work. So for 4 years, Dr. Saint Elie has been a Saint in helping me to have some relief from a condition that has no rhyme or reason. I would recommend hands down, Dr. Daniel Saint Elie. He not only listens but educates you on every course of action. I will continue to go and I will continue to spread the word that this doctor is awesome 👌.

Avoid this company! Not only did Dr Saint-Elie not have anything useful for me to try for a lower back pain issue, but when I gave an example of an activity that caused the pain he told me that just because I do an activity doesn't mean I'm doing it right. When the pain is triggered, I was unable to even sit up out of bed with sharp pain, so maybe I just don't know how to get out of bed either and that's why I had such sharp pain? Dr Saint-Elie was not pleasant or helpful. I have since seen another doctor at South Lake Pain Institute. The cost was 25% of what Painalgia Relief Center charged me and I was met with a number of very pleasant staff and a doctor that was significantly more knowledgeable than Dr Saint-Elie. It has been almost a year since my office visit at Painalgia Relief Center and they continue to try and steal money by double billing. This is very dishonest and I could see patients unknowingly paying again for something they shouldn't. My insurance company promptly paid Dr Saint-Elie and the next month I still got a bill for the full amount. I spoke with his staff and even with Dr Saint-Elie directly and he let me know they did get the payment from insurance and he is the end all say all for his company so he can assure me I do not owe anything and I won't receive any further bills. Again, this is almost a year ago and as recent as today I received another bill for the full amount showing nothing has been paid. The contact number on the bill is their main phone number, and the one person answering their phones said they don't even know how to find a number for their billing department. I've spoken directly with Dr Saint-Elie a number of times (right after getting my monthly bill for something that was already paid in full) and he is very sarcastic and unpleasant on the phone. He does not take any consideration for the error on their part and frustration his company is causing. I don't need "fake" bills going to collections because this company has shady bookkeeping.

I have to say that Dr. Saint Elie is amazing! He really provided individualized care for my needs. I've gone to other places trying to figure out what to do in regards to the pain I was having. I am so glad I decided to check Painalgia out! I was actually referred here through a friend of mine. The physician spent time educating me on his recommendations and the treatment plan he had for me. I highly recommend the doctor here! I will definitely keep coming!

Dr. Saint-Elie and his staff are wonderful. Very friendly and thorough; and the doctor did more to help me get to the bottom of my pain issues in one visit, than my previous doctor did in 6 whole months. I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time.
