Dr Kurt and their team are absolutely fantastic. From the time you walk in the door and speak to Precious behind the counter to when you leave with a true plan on how to get your body feeling better, it’s a 10/10 experience. Dr Kurt and Dr Tonya truly care about their patients and making a difference in their community. Definitely recommend calling them if you are having any type of joint or back pain.

Extremely helpful physical therapists and a bouncy medically trained PA who delivers the initially painful shots. The male PA’s have helped with the stretching of my knees so at least I can walk with less pain. Referred by another chiropractor, I continue to go 30 minutes twice per week. The front desk scheduler is Precious. She is consistent and amazing! I’m not sure if I will ever graduate - the process is becoming less painful as the joints become accustomed to more weights.

I Love Pain West! I highly recommend getting your chiropractic & PT here. They have helped me a lot on my healing journey! I love the multi care approach and it’s a one stop deal. I don’t have to drive across town for a physical therapy appointment after chiropractic. Plus the staff are always helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome💗

Super friendly and very professional. They take great care of their clients and work well with the insurance companies. Amy is an awesome massage therapist. She knows what needs to be done and does an excellent job of taking care of any problems that I may have. Wouldn’t want anyone else to take care of me.

Horrible, unprofessional experience! My husband and I have been to Chiropractors our entire lives. I set up initial appointment inquiry for my husband via their online form mentioning a referral to a specific Chiro there. My husband went to 2 appointments where he was never adjusted, just exam, x ray, and consultation showing outrageously expensive treatment plans ranging from $7,000-$10,000?!! After getting the runaround over the phone for several days, we learned it's supposedly their protocol to have everyone see the PA first, causing that initial exam fee to be triple what a typical exam fee is at most Chiropractic only offices. Info kept changing each time I spoke to front desk and it was mentioned we COULD have gotten a first time patient special of $75. Instead, we paid nearly $500 for just exam and xray. Now we're left seeking another Chiropractor to start over again and now having trouble getting his xrays forwarded to our new Chiro. I waited to write a review, hoping they would make this right, but unfortunately it keeps getting worse.

I had my first massage experience here, and it could not have gone better. They made me feel comfortable and confident. The massage was thorough and very relaxing. I would definitely recommend.
