I thought I had an appointment with Dr. Hunt but when I arrived, I found out that I was meeting with Rachel instead. This was the first time I had met with her. I was concerned because I have been really sick over the last few months and Dr. Hunt was aware of what has been going on with me and I wasn't looking forward to starting over with someone new. As usual my fears were unfounded. Rachel was up to date with my medical issues and I didn't need to "start all over again". Rachel was able to answer my questions and she also had a few suggestions as to what I can do when I am having a "flare". She knew exactly what she was talking about. I was comfortable as soon as I entered her office. PTCOA has been great so far. They have treated me with respect since day one.

The staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to any changes that I may be experiencing in my pain levels and locations, and adjust the types of medication and treatment accordingly. The clinic sees patients in a timely manner on a consistent basis .

PTCOA Has been great!!. Dr. Hunt is amazing he tries very hard to help make the pain ago away.. and Dr. Rachel is amazing to she tries to understand what's going on with the area in question. Everyone in the North Little Rock clinic are excellent and very kind and caring.. I love and enjoy my appointments there.. thank you.

I really like Dr. Hunt and his staff.They are very patience with you....and they are really concerned about your well being. They take the time to see how your feeling and how the medication is working for you. I really like the North Little Rock location...and you don't have to stay long in the waiting room either.They see you really quick...and the waiting room do not be crowded. I like the whole staff..There are all very friendly and show compassion...They are the best PTCOA..I ever went too.

I had my first visit with Dr. Hunt this week. He was very polite and knowledgeable. First time that I've ever had a doctor that genuinely took the time to understand the patient and their needs. I'm so thankful to have a doctor that cares. Thank you Dr.Hunt and your staff. 10/3/23 My past 2 visits I was seen by Dr. McCrary and she is wonderful. She listened to everything I was concerned about and took the necessary steps to get me going in the right direction. I cannot say enough about the care that I have received by Dr. Hunt and Dr. McCrary. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone that is seeking a better quality of life. I changed to this center so I could have a clinic that would listen and treat my pain and circumstances. It was recommended by three friends and I'm happy to say they do listen and let me be part of the process and explain everything in detail. I think I've found a home for my well being...

Dr. James Hunt at Pain Treatment Centers Of America and I must say, it was a great experience. I have had a few chronic Pain doctors. This one is top of the line. He went though my paperwork about my diagnosis. Then he explained them to me. Every visit I’m asked is things still working. Any new issues, and that to me speaks volumes. Best pain management doctor because he cares about his patients. So does his other outstanding staff. All smiles and very professional 😊
