Dr Shield is like a ray of hope. He is very kind and compassionate. If insurance company's would pay for more preventive care he could do so much more for his patients. It's a shame they won't. Great work tho Dr.

Everytime I visit it's a pleasant visit. The people I interact with are very polite and friendly. They give you their full attention witch is very nice. They listen to you and care about you as a person not just a patient like a number or just or another file for the day but a real person and that makes me feel good.

My experience with the place has been one of the best of my life with me aging and needing help with a few things . Dr Rinewalt has been the only Doctor to put in word in my file that I've ever seen as of to date anywhere. That I can't say enough about. To some of us looking for relief financial and medically is a big help. I like her and so far I like all I've been with a pctoa . Thank you Dr. Rinewalt for doing all you have for me.

Dr. Shields and his staff are very caring and nurturing with their patients! They took their time with me, were able to get me in for 4 mri’s in one day recently, which was great for me because I live a good ways away! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with their pain needs!

The staff and nurses here has always provided me we the best of care and treated me so kindly. The doctors have gone out of their way to help me find a path thru this pain and help me live in the world I am in without being a burden to my family and with some amount of remaining dignity in my life! I appreciate the personal touch they each have added to my life.

I was a few minutes late for my appointment because of the mix-up. Never before have I been late I've always been early. I have had times I've had to wait for a long time past my appointment time. The receptionist told me I could not leave a urine sample because I didn't have an appointment. Random urine test have been given without appointment. Now I have to wait till January 2nd without medication, and live with the pain because I'm not allowed to get pain medication from other doctors.

I have tried other places for pain management and had let's just say it wasn't pleasant. Since going here to PTCOA I have never been treated badly everyone has always been so nice and compassionate. I would recommend anyone, family, friends to go here if you need help with your pain management.
