Dr. Jain is exceptionally well experienced in trigger point injections. He has a state of the art in technology that I've never seen before... it's like a IPad(I'd you will) that's portable and you can watch it as he does the absolutely pain free injection. It was amazing to me... and I never felt anything at all...I couldn't believe it when he was done...it was the best trigger point injection I've ever had and that was yesterday and I slept last night for the first time in a long time without my shoulder hurting...Today my shoulder is even better...my range of motion is the best its been in months! He's understanding and only has your best interest in mind.....thank you Dr. Jain! I also want to thank the nurses, lab technicians, the front desk ladies are so compassionate and helpful... they always have a smile and kind words that are uplifting. I appreciate all of them...I recommend Dr. Jain definitely for his skills and professionalism....he's absolutely amazing and he's definitely a asset to the clinic .. ...thank you Dr. Jain and the fabulous staff ....

I have enjoyed everyone that works there, and they have been very kind and understanding. Ms. Masters is absolutely unequivocally Awesome and her nurse. However, I had hoped my experiences there would be less painful because there are options for anesthesia, but they never give me enough and I either wake up during the procedure with the needles in my back or they won’t give me any anesthesia at all. Honestly that is my only complaint, because I have such a low low pain tolerance and a very high drug and anesthesia tolerance.

Dr. Nicole Rinewalt was a fill in Dr. at this clinic. They have her running all over to whatever clinic isn't staffed with enough physicians to cover the patients. I don't feel like I know her well enough to give a fair opinion of her. She gave some suggestions to me and some information on the matter for me to take home and read. I'm waiting for another MRI but have yet to hear from them. I use to really feel good about this place However the doctors i had are gone. I hope it continues to be the patient advocate. Only time will tell.

I am going to miss Honey Hull because I feel like she actually cared about me when she saw me for my visits. To know that she won't be there deeply saddens me. I want to say a special Thank You ❤️ for everything while you were there. You will be missed! I pray 🙏 for the best for you!

Everyone at Pain Centers of America in Ft Smith has been very nice and caring. They have been working with me to help keep my pain under control. My questions are always answered and explained in a way that's understood. They are always professional from the doctors to the therapist. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Awww u guys are so sweet. U have always taken care of me. U have managed my pain level and that helps me take care of my family and my fur babies. U are always gonna be #1 in my eyes. Everyone is very friendly at this facility. They also are very efficient. I was in and out in a very timely manner at this visit. Most visits are usually like this one. Brittany Hefley also takes time to talk with me to try and meet my needs. A great place to come to with pain issues.

I truly love all of the staff from the front door to the Dr. Himself. They are friendly, concerned, encouraging, always cheer when you have goods news and will help you out greatly if your pain isn't any better. It may take a couple trial and errors but they work hard to get you the relief you so badly need...hang in there your positively all around caring team is working with your best interest at heart. It's kinda like when you hurt, they hurt too...Thanks Dr. Jahn and ALL of the staff at P.T.C.O.A. in Hot Springs.
