My experience coming to the Fort Smith clinic, has always been good for me. As soon as you walk in the door your welcomed by name by the front desk. She is amazing and fun to talk to. I was treated good while in physical therapy, the doctor listens to you, the other staff is all friendly. How do you reach person five stars. And I can finally sleep a whole night without as much pain as I had before

The level of care has always been great. The team members work so well together, with the patient being their number one concern. Dr. Amidi is wonderful. He explains the process and reasoning behind it, before, and always makes sure to follow up and allow any and all questions after procedures. I always get a call the following day to make sure everything is good!

They are the most courteous, kind and professional Dr and staff I've ever been to. I came in with extreme pain desperate to find answers and get the appropriate treatments. She had done test and got answers and started treatments immediately. I was seeing someone else for years that didn't do anything except shots that weren't helping at all. Tara is exceptional. The sweet receptionist she knows who you are and what you're there for. I meet the Dr for the first time on my first epidural he was very kind and yet professional. I was terrified but him and his assistant helped comforted me and provided me with gas to help me through it. The procedure went well. He came out afterwards and talked to me some more. Long story short I love this facility and all the staff. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you to all the staff.

Dr Amidi is wonderful. He really took time with me. He encourages questions and is very knowledgeable. I love this clinic and all of the staff. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend them.

I have been visiting the Pain Treatment Centers of America for the past year or so. I have had a warm and welcoming feeling from the practice nurses and all front end medical staff since day 1. The lovely woman at the front desk remembers my name every time that I come in. Honestly, for those of us who struggle with these ailments all of the time, they couldn't have picked a better person to welcome us at the door. I have seen both Tara Sandusky and Amir Amidi, Md. Theyre both absolutely amazing. My doctor is Amir Amidi, Md. I have to say, he is seriously one of those most personable doctors I have met in some time (and I currently see somewhere around 8 doctors). When you speak it feels like he is listening. He seems to be... relatable. Sort of like he understands what his patients are experiencing, not only from a professional standpoint but maybe even personal experience? I am not sure but there is a level of noticeable empathy. He just seems to get it. The doctor took the time to listen to me in a way that didn't make me feel like I was boring another doctor with my laundry list of ailments that I had told several others before him. Doctor Amir Amidi, Md and all of the staff at the Fort Smith, AR location genuinely seem eager to help their patients. To me, that is a rare quality. If you are considering this center specifically, you're in good hands. Highly recommended.

I have nothing but praise and high marks to offer for this pain clinic. Everyone working there is most courteous,helpful and strive to make you as comfortable as possible. Great folks! 😊

I have been a patient of PTCOA for one year and in that year I have been treated respectfully and Tara listens to my needs, meds, ask questions regarding my pain, how I feel ect. I have been on my current med for Several years from my former GP, Dr William Dudding (ret). Which I take 4 times daily. I am happy to say that I have been able to cut my med intake to three times daily and plan to try my best to drop it down further. Taking Opioids for as long as I have, I need to get off of them completely and that is what my goal is. Good job Tara. Maybe on my next visit we can laugh like we did on my last visit.

They are absolutely wonderful! There is no long wait. They have me in and out within 45 minutes. Everyone there is respectful and polite. The doctors actually listen to my concerns and try to treat my chronic pain as best as possible. I informed them that my current pain meds weren't working and they immediately switched me to something more effective. This is the best pain management clinic in Arkansas! 10/10 would visit again for chronic pain.
