I absolutely love Jaclyn. I am disabled and literally have tons of specialists. I moved here from Nebraska 2 years ago and finding people that understand and actually listen to me is difficult and causes anxiety. Jaclyn listens and HEARS. Very important. She doesn’t follow a “script” and treats ME for MY needs and issues.

Very satisfied with Pain Treatment Center!😊So glad I was referred to PTC.Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Cooper are the best!😊They care about you and do what needs to be done for my pain! They don’t get you in there and rush you out, they are always concerned about how I feel and my pain. Thank you Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Cooper y’all are AWESOME AND CARING !! That’s what patients want!!

I really am pleased with Dr Maliki. He always gives me time to talk about what's going on with my pain and I feel like he really cares. He's made my pain better in a fast amount of time. I would recommend him to anyone who's having pain.

Pain Treatment Center of America and Dr. Malki and the Staff are truly the best. They are friendly from the time you walk in the door and Dr. Malki takes his time to help you and he listens to what you have to say.

Jaclyn Cooper and staff are always so friendly, kind and compassionate. The entire experience from the moment I walked in was wonderful. Jaclyn always takes the time to address all my questions and concerns. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her field, I highly recommend her and PTCOA in Conway.

Can literally not say enough great things about this clinic. I was brand new to the world of chronic back pain and this clinic has been amazing! The procedure center is the very BEST place I have ever been to! And I have experienced a ton of surgery centers. A thousand percent would recommend this facility to anyone struggling w chronic pain!

I have been with PTCOA for over 6 years. My doctor is Dr. Noemi Ramsay and her APRN Jaclyn Cooper. I must say you will not find a better medical team in the state than these two. Doctor Ramsay is totally amazing and cares very much for my health and my needs. She will listen to everything I say and then work with me to come up with the best plan to help me. I’m sorry but this kind of attention to me I haven’t ever found anyplace else. I’m so very thankful that I have found them to treat me. If you are looking for medical team that will work and care for you then you should request these two professional ladies. I give them way way more than just 5 stars ⭐️.
