My wife, Shirley, went several visits with some help. She saw the doctor once. The staff overcharged her $300, which they agreed to pay. Back; but never did. Aetna called and got through once to explain her only charge was $50. After many attempts to phone we gave up. The front desk advised us they never answer the phone. Apparently the only contact is when they call the patient. She left and went to another doctor who communicates. Be cautious.

Stacie is the best PA I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The office runs so seamlessly which is very unusual. There is no wait time to see Dr. Baker or Stacie. Highly recommend!

At first, I thought I had found a pain treatment clinic that would help me! I've been living in pain for several years now! Now the pain seems to be increasing so I finally ask for help! I got told one thing by one Doctor and another by my main Dr.! I had one Dr. that decided from the beginning that I was a problem! She made me feel like she was treating me like a drug addict! I stopped taking pain medication because that was how I was treated by every Dr. I had seen! Now it is happening again and it is so far from the truth! I am truly in so much pain I can't stand at times and all they cared about was one issue that it took more than to relieve the pain this time! I'm sorry my pain is an issue that you choose not to help me learn how to control it better! No, instead you write me off like a bad penny! So no I will not be giving you a good review!

Up to now they were friendly but always treated my wife like she was drug seeking. I guess that's what happens when your doctor can't prescribe proper medication. Anyways she has severe lupus as well as neurological issues. Nearly 3 weeks ago she passed out and has 2 compression fractures in her lower back from the fall. Never has had back issues and has been in so much pain even with the back brace she has to wear 24hrs a day. Throwing up from the pain and the er only giving her hydrocodone which also makes her puke. They refused to give her anything for the pain and even lowered the dose of her muscle relaxer. She has CT scan after CT scan. It's all documented. What a joke. Her endocrinologist says her blood sugars are high due to the pain. It's not from food, she has lost nearly 20 pounds these last few weeks fromnot eating. Her rheumatologist says her inflammation marker is 70 which is extremely high due to the pain as well but know one can prescribe a pain medication that will lower the pain. I guess when her body crashes we will go to the hospital. Thank you for doing nothing.

I thought they would be different and help. After close to a year of letting them give me shots in my back. They send me to get a new Mri. Never following up! Then after 6 more months send me a random bill saying I owe $800 when I was told insurance would take care of everything. So basically short end of the story. They are just there to try and milk your insurance for what they can. Then once they realize they can't fix the problems! Would not recommend!

I have so appreciated all of the help you're clinic has given me. Without your help I would be in constant pain. Everyone is so nice each visit. I hope you continue helping me. I am due for an MRI on the 14th. Also an appointment for my shoulder on the 20th. I will be seeing you next week. Thank you again for your support.

I found PTCOA after my pain doc of 5 years moved out of state. I am so grateful for the care Dr. Baker, Stacie Smith & Samantha provide. They are truly caring and understand how to assist someone with chronic pain. I would recommend this team to anyone struggling with day over day pain. Thank you guys!

Dr baker and shyanne and everyone there are so pleasant and nice. They have always seemed genuinly concerned for my mother. They help keep her on her feet and mobile.
