Call center unhelpful and unpleasant. I completed my appointment with Dr Caylor in Round Rock. He was attentive and we tried solutions for my pain after a failed laminectomy. His staff was pleasant. The final result was I would benefit with care being transferred to the Temple office where I live. That’s where things went wrong and dealing with the call center unfriendly and unhelpful. My relief that I had found some folks that care and will help me receive quality service was short lived. Simple transfer from Dr Caylor to Dr Ramirez fell through with no one concerned enough to resolve.

I haven't been A patient Since last march2024 and I would still be using PSA if the new staff would have explained things in a better way. They put a stimulator in for me and then new staff let me down. I had to try and find new pain care somewhere else. Before the new staff took over I loved PSA. So I had a new device implanted by PSA but the company did not finish caring for me.

The new nurse Practitioner wish I had a name. she is awesome she made me feel like she was there for me. She educated me on things I didn't know. I left out Knowing what I needed to do In order to improve my physical health she was really real.

This clinic has professional staff who actually care about YOU! They also have a variety of treatments to suit your needs for relief. Highly recommend!

First appointment went well. Dr. Fronk was very attentive and really listened to me. He explains everything very well and has given me hope

I was referred by physician with hopes of helping relieve my pain. Paid 500.00 to be seen. Pain Specialist of America just confirmed what I already knew but didn't help with the pain. Left with nothing and was 500 poorer! Don't go to them!!

I was in and out in a timely manner and the staff there was very nice and helpful

The person I saw was very knowledgeable and cautious I was told what will happen in the future and the direction of the treatment. Very well done. Thanks
