Dr Alexander is a brilliant man who runs his practice the way a pain management practice should be run. He does his utmost to advise his patient for the best outcome. Having been his patient for some years now, I have complete trust in him. I have seen several (8) pain specialists in my lifetime. All of them failed in many ways and had to 'suddenly close their practices or retire early' because they got in trouble. One is in prison! None of them hold a candle to Dr. Alexander's incredible wisdom and ability to do the very best for his patients and run his practice the right way. I'm blessed to have found this excellent physician.

While Dr Alexander is great, his nurse practitioner is the absolute worse. My mother has been fighting cancer for the past year and half. Some days she can hardly get to the rest room after chemo and radiation treatments. Her pain level is enough to buckle the knees of any man. My poor mother has to call repeatedly day after day sometime the entire month to get her pain medication called into the pharmacy. Today after trying every day for the last 12 days someone called her back. Very rudely the nurse said if she wanted her medicine she had to be there at exactly st 9:20am. We got there at 9:10 am, my mother in so much pain she could neither sit or stand with any relief. THREE HOURS later they call her back to see the doctor. When we were leaving, the nurse said I'm calling your medication in now before I forget! It's now 6:35 pm, no prescription ever called in, no return call, and the office is now closed for the night! I would not recommend this office to a dead dog as long as that nurse is working there.

I was a patient for 10 years. A loyal patient, I never missed an appointment, never had a dirty urine. I got hurt at work and was having some workman's compensation pay issues, I called the office to reschedule my appointment because I didn't have my co-pay and guess what "I GOT FIRED".! Can you believe that? This doctor doesn't care about your well being, HE ONLY CARES ABOUT YOUR MONEY! I had total knee replacement and he upped my Methadone and made me suffer with severe pain! Nothing for pain! So a little advice make sure you have money and don't have surgery!

I had my first appointment yesterday. Everyone was extremely nice, and professional. The Dr was up front and honest about not doing anything until I have an MRI. He mentioned some options, but couldn't say which one would be best for me. The MRI will give him the information needed to know what will best fit my pain management needs.

Dr Alexander and his staff have always treated me with respect and kindness he is very knowledgeable and concerned about my pain he does everything he can to alleviate the pain within the guidelines of the CDC.

Dr Alexander and all of his staff are excellent. They actually care about us the patients. Dr Alexander has his nurses take all your history for the past month and they review with him and then he reviews with you. That way he knows exactly what is going on with you. Dr Alexander has kept me going for numerous years. He is the most knowledgeable man you could possibly imagine. His office staff is wonderful also. They keep him on the ball. His office is ran like a fine oiled machine. He is very strick but as long as you follow his guidelines everything works well.

Excellent care. From Staff and Dr. Alexander. The Staff are all very nice and Professional and make me feel good about being there! 😊The Dr is very knowledgeable about medicines and has helped me find the right Rx's for various chronic pain. Family Drs in the past had me on 6 or more Rx's. Since I've been with Dr. Alexander; I'm on just 2. And have more mobility with less pain. 😊

I have been going to Dr. Alexander since January of 2009. He saved my life the other pain management doctor I was seeing ehad me on so much highly addictive pills I'm amazed I didn't die He has been able to help me deal with my neck and lower back pain. I won't go to anyone else but to him and his staff. Just wanted to say thank you 😊.
