The level of care provided is consistently good, with doctors going above and beyond to ensure patients feel heard and supported. Every interaction reflects the staff's commitment to patient well-being, making each visit a positive experience despite any system challenges. The service here is great, with a focus on compassion and professionalism that sets it apart from other healthcare facilities.

Have been going here for over 4 years. Given a 5+ hours one way commute, Krystal at the front desk is very pleasant to work with. She has really gone above and beyond to get me in efficiently, so that I can get back to my work and family. Thanks Krystal!

Well, i’ve read most of the one star reviews, and I have to say I strongly disagree. While most people are here for Workmen’s Comp. issues, The holdup is definitely not with this office. I completely understand the frustration with the office staff at the main office, as English may not be her first language. But at least she’s working and trying. The office in Red Bluff however, that office gal is absolutely amazing. I have seen Dr. Kamdar a few times, but mostly see the nurse practitioner, Carrie who has been absolutely amazing. We do go over a lot of the same things, but given the volume of patients, these people have to see, I don’t blame them at all for missing the little things. What people don’t understand, Is Work Comp doctors are few and far between these days. The holdup is with the Work Comp insurance companies or the third-party scheduling people like One Call. One Call is the worst. This facility and employees have been wonderful to me. Some of you need to be more understanding and put the blame where it lyes and thats not with this office. We all want to get better. Be patient.

Shamefully inferior. I never saw a provider - THEY no-showed my remote visit. Very opaque. Hidden contact info. I Googled and only one of their providers has an email - which of course is unmonitored. Their only way to contact them is to call, but be prepared to never hear back. It took 3 months to hear back and book my first visit (which was a no-show). They sent me a workers comp application (without a link or anything else indicating where to return it to, but a demand that my appt. would be cancelled if I did return it). I have been retired for decades. They didn't even know whether one of their providers was a he or a she! Their contact button on their web page, tells you to call - no other way. No patient portal. It's a shame because their providers may actually be excellent. I would seriously look into their licensing and legitamateness before making a first call, and what you expect if you need them afterwards.

I had a very bad experience during my last visit, in the office of emerville Apparently the doctor was in a hurry and he didn't listen to what I was trying to tell him through my interpreter. The doctor cut the conversation short whenever he wanted and at the end my visit was a disappointment, even for my interpreter! He didn't let me explain my health situation as it should be so that they could understand what was happening and he would interrupt my interpreter when she tried to translate what I was saying. It was horrible! I left that appointment frustrated and very, very disappointed.

Their phone system and office staff are awful- dropped calls, endless phone loops, calls are never returned, and the probability of getting someone to answer your call is less than 1%. The medical staff have a high turn-over rate and they look exhausted and over worked. It's like the job sucked the energy out of them so they talk like robots sometimes. I had to get an attorney involved to help me schedule an appt at PRCMG. I recommend this place only if you live nearby and can go in-person to make your appt.

If you have any other option, I’d recommend you take it instead of going to this clinic. They have many reps sitting at the front desk and yet I’ve waited up to 10 minutes standing there waiting to be checked in. They don’t even acknowledge patients. I have NEVER been able to get through to anyone over the phone even though I’ve been on hold for more than 1 hour. Sometimes I get their voicemail, leave a message, and do not hear back from anyone. I cancel my appointment and then get a text saying I missed it. The doctors and doctor assistants are nice but good luck getting an appointment to see them. If I weren’t so far, I’d go into the clinic to make/cancel/reschedule appointments.

When I say horrible that's what I mean!!! I usually see Susie from the Emeryville office but she is off for the rest of the year so they gave me Binwat from the Manteca office. He is the rudest Dr ever. He told me he doesn't make appointments and he doesn't know what date that will go on my work status report he said and I quote " Pick a date"... I asked for a refill on my prescription he said he doesn't handle that either. So what exactly does he do? I'm their to talk about my shoulder he claims he doesn't have my MRI so I can do what ever the surgeon wants me to do, but my last visit with Susie she saw the MRI he is lazy. This appointment was a waste they need 0 stars. I PRAY SUSIE RETURNS ASAP...
