PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine - Temecula

After having a complete hip replacement in early June, my surgeon recommended I start working on hip flexibility, muscle strengthening, and balance. As a patient at PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, I received exemplary care! It was a very welcoming and inclusive environment. My workouts were carefully planned and overseen by my physical therapist, Shawn T. As a healthcare provider for the past 40 years, I was so impressed with Shawn's extensive medical knowledge and his exceptional warmth and professionalism. Highly recommend this place. Facility easily accessible, clean equipment that is sanitized after each patient use. Staff are very organized and knowledgeable about your treatment. Therapy is tailored to your needs and changed as you progress. Staff listen to what you say to adjust treatment as needed.

PacificPro is terrific. I had a back and balance issues that were successfully resolved by very friendly and professional therapists. All together a rewarding experience. Hope that you add Chris to the team once he becomes available!

I receive the best care and treatment at this facility. I was looking for a very friendly atmosphere, not over crowded as most tend to be. I've been to All Star in Fallbrook and it's so crowded that you can't even extend your arms out. I can't take that! Shawn Troutman (the owner) is always there and has his eyes on everything going on. His staff members are excellent! I will never go to any other PT facility ever.

I’ve always been reluctant to go to physical therapy because I didn’t think that they would be able to fix my situation for some reason. I am so glad that I found PacificPro. Shawn and Nikki are making huge strides helping me with my recovery. I am so thankful for their knowledge and expertise. Plus, the whole staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend PacificPro Physical Therapist. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment I was impressed with their professionalism , competence and cheerful attitude. Shawn and Nicole work together to achieve the goals we set listening to all concerns. They have a small and focused practice that allows individual attention to every patient’s muscular/joint/physical needs. Through their hard work and expertise I’m pain free and moving fluidly. Originally I thought I was headed for a new hip but thanks to their hands on manipulation and deep tissue release therapy I’m able to function normally. I have had a great experience at Pacific Pro. I had shoulder surgery a few months ago, and had to have 4 weeks of PT. What makes this place unique is the GREAT team they have.
