PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine - Riverside

We have been coming to this facility since August of this year and this place is amazing! The front staff is warm, inviting and always helpful with scheduling to make our schedule run smoothly. We work with Thu and he has helped my husband so much. The whole team is amazing! My husband is a quadriplegic who had limited movement in left arm and no movement in his right arm. His left arm has come a long way and he is able to use his phone, feed himself with use of a brace with his left and movement is coming back slowly. His right arm is taking a little longer but we have seen massive improvement with the sessions with Thu! We feel truly blessed to have found this place and would recommend it to anyone who is in need of a good OT!

After broken wrist and removal of the cast, the team at PacificaPro are very knowledgeable and patient with me. Progress is slow, but that is my impatience. I want immediate satisfaction!!! 😀

Front staff were helpful in getting started Tre was my therapist got right to the point and was very helpful with the exercises to do at home after the session.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. The front desk staff, the therapists, and the assistants are all fantastic. I see Andy for PT, and Thu for OT (for two different injuries), and they’ve both helped me make so much progress. They are knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and encouraging, and while they challenge me to do hard things, they also respect my own knowledge of my body’s limits, and are ready to make modifications that will work for both sides of that coin. They clearly explain everything they do or have me do, along with the reasons why. Along with my physical progress, I’ve learned a lot about my body, which I’ve really appreciated. I’ll be telling anyone I know who needs PT or OT to come here!

I've been going to Pacific for occupational therapy for several months and their main guy has been so helpful. He listens to what does and doesn't work and helps adjust my therapy so it helps my pain. I always have fun at therapy since the staff is so friendly and nice! The place is always so clean and they're very professional!

Tre, Saira, Tran, Alex and Lilly are all exceptional at what they do! Very clean facility and the staff is very friendly. 100% recommended!

This is a new location they just opened in Riverside. The facility is new, clean and very spacious on the inside. They have all the equipment and materials necessary to help patients with the recovery process. Andy is our PT and he has been a great help, supportive, knowledgeable and professional in this field. Vary please with the service they have provided so far. I'd recommend to give them a try if you need physical therapy.

This place is new to Riverside and is so awesome, clean and the customer service is top notch, friendly and professional. Andrew Park is the best. I've had a lot of PT and he by far is the best. I would definitely recommend.
