Heather is an amazing physical therapist. Very personable while still maintaining professionalism and also making you feel so comfortable like you’ve known her all your life! She is compassionate and understanding and knowledgeable all at the same time and helps push you to your goals! Great experience!

I was initially nervous about going to Pacific Pro as I had never heard of them and never been there for Physical Therapy. My Orthopedic Surgeon said they were very good. Upon arriving the building looked very empty as opposed to another facility that I had been to. Heather came and introduced her self and spent a lot of time going thru my medical history and my current surgery. She had explained what we would be doing and why. Heather is personable while still maintaining professionalism . Heather also asks if I have questions at each session. One of the main reasons that I like Pacific Pro as opposed to another facility I had been to is that not every exercise is based on machinery. This makes doing exercises at home possible. I would definitely recommend Heather Snyder and Pacific Pro for your Physical Therapy Needs.

I originally saw Heather for vertigo and neck issues and found her to be so knowledgeable and helpful. I've also seen Jack who does an awesome job as well. They spend a lot of time with you and truly want to help you. My husband had shoulder surgery and ended up going there too. Highly recommend!

I followed Heather and her team from the Murrieta location because they are the best. I was recommended to see Heather by my orthodontist to help with my TMJ and neck pain. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring ( especially on your bad pain days). I am so grateful to everyone at this location who have helped me this year with multiple issues that have arisen . They instantly put me at ease to explain what may be going on and I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for treatment.

Heather and her team are awesome. I started seeing them at their Murrieta location for my first surgical recovery and now am seeing them at their new Menifee location for a more recent recovery which is great. She and her staff are always friendly, welcoming and most importantly knowledgeable on the best treatment to get you back in working order as quickly as possible. Should I ever need to attend physical therapy in the future, they will be my first choice. They are great to work with !

Wonderful place to go for physical therapy. Heather is an amazing physical therapist who has assisted with my chronic foot pain for over 6 months. She is very experienced and well versed in anatomy and physiology. I return when I have fare ups, and within days I feel better. She is kind, patient and truly listens to discover how she can assist in your rehabilitation. The staff support is fantastic, and assists with scheduling changes and accommodations. I would absolutely recommend pacific pro physical therapy to anyone, especially those who are seeking relief of pain.

Love love love this place! Can I add more than 5 stars???? I followed the staff from the Murrieta location to here because they were worth the extra drive. Heather has magic hands. If you want an extra attentive experience and to find a team who is determined to get to the bottom of your problem, this is the place to go. You wont find a more personable experience. I refuse to go anywhere else.
