I just started PT this week at PacificPro after breaking my ankle and post-ORIF surgery, and I am very impressed. From the moment I checked in with Amber at the front desk, every staff member was extremely friendly, helpful and ready to address my needs. Dr. Erin Skrettingland was so patient and thorough as she evaluated and explain my treatment plan and goals. She is amazing and like everyone at PacificPro, very professional and attentive. The team has a wonderful understanding of providing the best customer service while treating patients with courtesy and respect. Kudos to management for excellent training and obviously supporting your staff because they all seem happy to be there and to help others. I highly recommend PacificPro in Lake Elsinore (near Canyon Hills) for all your PT needs, I won’t be going anywhere else.

When I first came to this place they had excellent customer service from the front desk to each therapist. They all great you with a smile they care about your needs and wants. I went in one day to set up some therapy for my knee and I did have the approval paperwork so they call to my workers comp office got it approved with in 20 minutes and set me up with my appointments. I recommend to everyone that says they need some therapy.

Erin and the crew at Pacific Pro are the best around! Everytime I've gone in for a rehab session, I am greeted nicely at the front desk from either Matt or Amber. I have been around many clinics and worked with many PTs on injuries due to my profession as an athlete. Erin is up there with the top I've worked with. Its help that shes also an athelete. The team there are great with all types of injuries. I came in with a torn peck, rotator cuff damage, and a couple minor tears with ligaments in the bicep. After my 3 months with Erin and the team at Pacific pro, ive made strides to get back to being dependent. I am glad I came across Pacific Pro for my post op rehab. They're great people and they love what they do. So, they give out more to meet clients needs. Thank you Erin and everyone there.

Pacific Pro Canyon Hills is the place to go for physical therapy! I had elbow surgery in June 2024 and 3 months later I was back to lifting weights like I never skipped beat. I recommend going here for anyone who has any type of injury and wanting to back into the regular routine.

My husband had used Pacific Pro and highly recommended them to me. I had a total knee replacement and was into therapy with this team in Lake Elsinore 2 days after my surgery. It's been about 4 months later and I am done! Great team and I agree with the remarks of the previous reviewer. Thank you Erin, Mark, Amber and Jasmine! I'll be back after my next surgery!

My father in law had a very bad case of vertigo along with knee pain. My father in law went to many different physical therapy places and never return to any of them EXCEPT Pacific Pro therapy! From the moment we got there Amber in the front was so kind and accommodating. From all the aides being so punctual and taking him back on time made it easy to schedule and know the expected appointment. Erin was amazing working with my 80 year old father in law. She is so patient and thorough with everything. Erin always took the time to explain in detail to all of us. This is an amazing place! I highly recommend it!

The day I walked through the front door for my first appointment at the Canyon Hills Pacific Pro, these cheerful therapists and assistants extended a genuinely warm welcome to me. I’ve now been in therapy there for many months, because my total knee replacement recovery has been extremely difficult. I always feel happy to go to my physical therapy sessions 3 times a week in this environment of care and camaraderie. My lead Therapist Allan, and Therapists Mark and Amanda, provide superb, exceptional care, and have helped me make progress in pain reduction; increased flexibility and overall well-being, as we work together to expand the flexibility of my post-surgical knee. Therapy for knee replacements is painful. I feel like I have a support team, because they encourage and motivate me to work through difficult days, while providing me with honest assessments of my progress. As congenial colleagues, they consult with each other about my evolving situation, and develop appropriate treatment strategies and exercises to improve my condition. Their splendid humor and consistent good cheer create a harmonious environment in which to heal. In my third month of therapy, one of the patients who had been recovering for a long time from a slow-healing fracture successfully concluded physical therapy. One at a time, all the therapists and assistants wrapped her in warm hugs and wished her well. She was overcome with a sweet kind of sadness. She walked out the front door with tears glistening on her cheeks. I think I understand how she felt, because I’m not ready to leave this safe, nurturing environment. I sense I will likely experience a similar jolt of separation sadness when my sessions are over in a couple of months. Until then, I’m in the capable hands of Erin, Amanda, Allan, Mark, Kat, Matt, Kelsi, Kim and Amber.
