Pacifica Nursing & Rehab Center

My sister was a patient and she said she was treated great by all staff. This was her second time staying and wouldn’t stay at any other facility. Physical therapists are fantastic. They even took her to her doctor’s appointment. My experiences with the staff were always wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and courteous. The facility is very clean and has policies that protect the patients from any visitors transmitting viruses. I definitely recommend Pacifica Nursing & Rehab Center.

Pacifica Skilled Nursing and Rehab Facility is the best! From the moment we walked in, the staff were helpful and friendly. The facility is kept sparkling clean and fresh. My mother reported excellent care from everyone including nurses, therapists and administration.This place is a gem.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Florinda, the Director of Community Relations and Admissions, for her outstanding support in facilitating my grandmother's transfer and arranging transportation. I also want to express my appreciation to the entire team at Pacifica Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, from the administration to the therapy staff. The level of care and compassion shown makes it feel like a true home for our loved ones. I highly recommend Pacifica Nursing and Rehab Center to anyone seeking quality care and rehabilitation for their family members.

Everyone was soooo nice. And very glad to see mask wearing. Parking close by was quite adequate, but maybe because we arrived at dinner time. Check in was easy, even if we weren’t sure of Becky’s last name. The elevator is efficient, everyone was courteous. When my time for “the home” comes, I want to go there.

Pacifica rehab has to fix the visitor parking issue. Employees are parking in the visitor spots . I understand their parking area is behind the Safeway and they need to walk to work. Seems like that might be a problem for them but when we get there super early in the morning for visiting, there are no parking spots available. I heard there was a meeting Monday about this, but it seems like it hasn’t fix the problem. I was there today, and I could not find a spot

Our friend that is there said the Nurses and staff are very nice and the food is great. I felt the room was a little cluttered with 3 wheel chairs & 2 walkers that were surrounding our friend's bed. The facility is very clean, which is very important and doesn't have that "smell" that some nursing homes have.

All staff that have been taking care of my dear mother Louise Luteran rm 203B are exceptionally well, All activities staff have made her smile and laugh Dailey in which I believe helped her heal, PT’s are Very, very good and helped her walk Again!! Jane’s work is outstanding! I thank You All so very much 😃 Parking I need to say is hard to find for Visitors and is not acceptable!!! No spaces were available Sat.am at 8:30am with only 3 visitors including myself, I parked in front next to Yellow curb for over 3 hours and still No available parking spaces in their parking lot!!

The nurse, Timothy, on the second floor did an amazing job in caring for my husband. Timothy really went the extra mile to assist him with compassion and expertise. The rest of the staff also did a great job. I wasn't sure if Bernie would be able to walk again when he first arrived at Pacifica Nursing after being hospitalized for a week. Two weeks later Bernie is home and took a walk in the park with his equipment. We're excited!
