I’m very grateful my orthopedic surgeon insisted I go see Paul E at Pacific Therapy. I’m a mountain biker, surfer, and I’ve had two shoulder surgeries. I’m consistently in disbelief of how effective Paul’s methods have been to get me back in the water and on the bike. After my last shoulder surgery I was quite concerned I’d never be right again. 8 weeks of PT with Paul and my injured side is stronger than my non injured side.

Go elsewhere. I also had a bad experience with Paul E and as soon as my insurance changed I switched. He does not communicate, speak, demonstrate exercises, or provide feedback. I had major surgery and needed a caring person and he was not that.

I had a horrible experience at Pacific Physical Therapy. Poor communication between Paul and my doctor. No treatment plan was put into place. Poor communication between management and staff, staff and reception, reception and me. I had to schedule for a month twice, only to be told when I came for my appointment that it had to be canceled. I called my orthopedic’s office and they are authorizing me to switch to Sunrise. I am filing a complaint against Pacific with my healthcare provider as well. Very discouraging when a person is trying to be proactive about their health and recovery.

Not only do I find that Paul is particularly skilled in helping me recover from my knee replacement surgery, but Covered California kicked me off my insurance by mistake, and they made it easy for me to continue therapy while that got worked out. This shows me that they truly care about helping their patients.

EXCELLENT+! Owner Paul helped (helps) me with TMJ and general upper neck issues. Best I've encountered for knowledge, expertise, treatment, and results! Outstanding staff all the way down the line. Friendly, dedicated and diligent. Front office - Joanna - also awesome - very congenial and helpful. 5* experience every time!

Very knowledgeable staff. Helped me fully understand areas of my limited mobility and how to prevent it in the future. Years ago same staff diagnosed a bulging disc leading to later recovery.
