I took my mother here to see what they can do for her lower back pain and the experience is not that great. The receptionists are a bunch of dingus with zero communications skills and it took a while for them to realized that we do have a appointment with somebody. The latina lady who handle our paper is not too bad, she was a little bit more patient with us and make sure that she got my mother's medical history correct. The doctor we saw is whatever, he felt distant and basically told her "here take some meds, do therapy and come back if it doesn't work, bye". I dread ever coming here for back pain treatment when I get old and need it eventually.

Recently, I fell and had an ankle injury, and I went to see DR. LE. Through his wonderful guidance and support, my ankle improved very quickly. Dr Le is truly an expert in his craft, he explained everything in detail and always made me feel very comfortable. I am always so glad to see Dr Le and I highly recommend him to my friends and family

The Physicians assistant who saw me for my broken foot was expert and took her time to listen to my concerns and respond with reassurance and caring, their X-ray tech was gentle and sympathetic, and their front desk was cheery. The only bad thing was the intake situation -- I was on crutches and they could have tried to bring me paperwork at a seat, instead of having me fill it out at the counter. This medical office doesn't deserve a bad rating. The entire team is doing their best with a LOT of broken people. And they do take MEDI-CAL. Bless them!! Wonderful team.

Good service! I love coming to see Dr Mark Hsiao he gave me both options and make my knee feel better already. He has a great staff Diana and Brand an and takes his time. Dr Mark Hsiao is one of the best surgeons and I high recommend him. The office is clean and efficient and X-ray is good. I go to their physical therapy department.

I like see Dr Tam who help my right hip fracture and surgery went good. Very detail and takes time. I also see Dr Mark Hsiao. I came recommended to see back problem he went over all the risks and postoperative expectations. Dr Hsiao did my lumbar microdisectomy all went very well. Thank you now I am happy and I recommend my friends. The office staff and front desk friendly and go out there way. I can't wait to start physical therapy

This is my first time coming here as I was taking my Grandma to get her knee looked at due to some pain she has been feeling over a period of months. Immediately when I entered the second floor it was incredibly loud and staff were shouting at patients! Most of the patients are elders and it was very distressing to me to see them being treated in such an aggressive manner. The staff at the front desk seemed extremely stressed out and I can understand how disorganization and multitasking would irritate our essential workers but it should not get to this point. It makes me dread having to go through this treatment in my old age when I ultimately have to. Despite the situation, a young male nurse who assisted us was very kind and respectful towards us. He had limited time with us just like the rest of the staff but he made sure to be kind and respectful towards us and that made this trip just a little better. The doctor we saw was quick to tell us what he wanted to say and it seemed like he was in a rush to leave. Overall impression was not very good. It seems like they care about getting everything done rather than caring about each individual that walks in here properly. Props to the kind young nurse who made this visit just a bit better!

My first visit was 1 month ago, and today was the follow up. They are very busy, but the time in the waiting room is no more than 15-20 minutes. My PA was Johnny Lim. He was professional, thorough and very personable. He addressed every aspect of my injury and took the time to listen carefully, and answer my questions. All in all, my injury was addressed and taken care of very efficiently.

Perfect! Dr Mark Hsiao did surgery for me and I had a great office and surgery went well. I fell and hurt my hip and he explained everything and took care of all conditions. Now I am back gardening and doing rehab. Thank you!!! Postoperative care went as expected and Dr Hsiao takes you through process. Dr Chen also help me with my thumb pain!
