Pacific Grove Convalescent

I was being over medicated. They were verbally abusive and even restrained a patient. Who was the nicest man. They are over worked and upper management is awful. This deserves 0 stars.

I recently lost my dear mother. She spent her final days at Pacific Grove Convalescent. My entire family was truly impressed with this place. The staff is very warm and friendly. I cannot express enough how much we appreciated each and everyone of them. Thank You PG Convalescent.

Are used to work here it is the worst place you could ever have you are family go to. The reason why am saying this is because the DSD Ernesto is not very knowledgeable about the rules of the handbook when I was working there I was so uncomfortable because most of them are Filipino in they talk their dialect all the time which is not allowed only on your time so one day I was at work they were talking their language about me in the reason I know they were talking about me is because my brothers wife is Filipino as well and I had her on the phone to hear what are they saying in basically they were talking a very negative about me. So I followed the handbook and reported it and even after they in made it talking in their language nothing happened to them. So I decided to no longer work there. So I happen to go up there the other day and my girlfriend works there and they live in call the police find me saying I was threatening them which I would never do. So now that they call the police and put a restraining order on me that I cannot go up there anymore they are taking it out on my Girlfriend threatening her saying she will be fired I believe that is very unfair only because she had nothing to do with it I want to talk to one of the nurses about the situation. Now she feel so uncomfortable she is now residing. The administrator (Brian) he is a very good person and he runs that facility very well he someone I actually respect up there because he does take his job very serious and like Ernesto the dsd so back to him he's the one who had a restraining order put on me because he says everyone feels threatened in there was nobody around besides the person I needed to talk to you and him when the police called me saying something about his car which I didn't even know he had a car because he used to take the bus in they told me that his car was vandalized I am a grown man his car has nothing to do with or a situation where is very childish and for him to say it was me was very disrespectful because the police were called me over and over again I can keep going but I'm not. Well like I said I would not refer anyone's family members to go there I know this doesn't make sense but I would and I want to only because of the administrator Brian who is an outstanding guy and cares so if you're thinking about putting a family member here please talk with Brian because he's very dedicated very dedicated

The worst place ever. Don’t go there and don’t let your beloved ones stay there. Old ppl are left to pee themselves and sh*t themselves with no help. They keep the patient stay there with minimum therapy session (30 min a day) if any. Sometimes they consider walking a patient for 3 min a therapy session. Terrible.
