Place was clean and the staff was courteous. They provide you with N95 masks for safety. They take your temperature before you go in. The place is decorated for Valentines Day. Visiting hours stop at 8pm.

My Husband and l had a great time at Pacific Gardens Rehab. My Husband was very happy with the physical therapy progress he received at Pacific Gardens. Nurses, CNAs and physical therapy. He loved the Meals he received three times a day. Special thanks to Ashley Kemp receptionist, she was outstanding in all her work she does. When l order guest dinner trays to have dinner with my husband on my visits, she makes sure she was right on it, any questions l had she answered them, very polite and always had a smile on her face. Thanks to all the help my Hubby received their at Pacific Gardens rehab.

Following a distressing hospitalization for my mother, our family was fortunate to have Denise from Pacific Gardens step in to guide us through the process of short-term rehab. From our initial meeting at the hospital, Denise provided comprehensive explanations, addressing all our concerns and instilling confidence in both my mother and us. Even after our first meeting, Denise remained incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any additional questions or concerns we had. The transition from the hospital to Pacific Gardens exceeded our expectations. The facility matched exactly what Denise had described, and the nursing team demonstrated exceptional attentiveness to my mother's needs. Denise's continued involvement, including her unexpected check-ins, provided a sense of security and reassurance for my mother during her stay. The CNA staff at Pacific Gardens were notably supportive, consistently encouraging my mother to maintain her independence. While the dietary services met expectations for a facility catering to numerous patients with specific dietary requirements, the experience was overall positive. Although discharge planning initially felt overwhelming, the early initiation and clear communication throughout the process proved beneficial in the end. Denise's visit prior to my mother's discharge exemplified Pacific Gardens' commitment to personalized care and continuous improvement. Having experienced short-term rehab at other local nursing homes, I can confidently say that Pacific Gardens provided the most effective and satisfactory rehabilitation for my mother. The Rehab Team's expertise and dedication to maximizing independence were evident throughout her stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Pacific Gardens to anyone seeking compassionate and high-quality care for their loved ones. Should the need arise again, Pacific Gardens will undoubtedly be our first choice.

The team at Pacific Gardens has consistently proven to work hard at listening, caring for and valuing patients/their family's input. As a professional in senior care, I appreciate their open communication with family's and professionals. The building has really transformed over the years and has been odor free, full of activities and festive decorations when I visit. As a company, they have been generous with their funds in many ways, including sponsoring senior care events in our community. Denise Cantu has been even more generous with her time. Thank you Denise and Team Pacific Gardens for all you do!

My husband was sent to Pacific Gardens from the hospital for more nursing and physical therapy. Upon being released we were told they would send a referral for home health nursing and physical therapy. That was on the 1st of June, today, on the 17th several phone calls to the facility, and still no referral I called our primary doctor for a referral.

My mom was staying here for almost 3 weeks… She asked for bandages they were very late to get to her. She had rude and disrespectful roommate who she tried to be polite with until the lady wanted to watch her use the restroom. Their food wasn’t even edible… They even won’t let her go home because they didn’t think her family members would take care of her. They called Social Services on her because of it and my mom just wanted to be in comfortable place that didn’t have toxic air because my mom is a person who washes her face and her makeup pads were black they only gave her 2 showers a week and ya’ll know women with curly hair need to wash their hair more before it’s get mad oily and itchy…

Posting for my family member Patrick Flint: "I enjoyed my time with pacific gardens. Following my hospital stay with Kaiser, I was transferred to Pacific Gardens for short-term rehab after an unexpected illness. I was given a short list of facilities my insurance contracted with. My granddaughter did a quick online search of the top four and found Pacific Gardens to have the highest rating. The discharge planner had a very courteous young lady dressed in bright red from the center come meet me to answer any questions. She provided me with a business card that I cannot find, but I believe her name was Denise, a director of the center. She explained the kaiser transfer process, how my insurance should cover my services, and what to expect during my stay. I was a little apprehensive thinking I would not be able to keep up with the therapist, but she reassured me that she believed in me, which was the first time during my hospitalization that I felt someone genuinely cared. During my stay, she visited me a couple times, but I was too embarrassed to ask her for her name. She said it each time she visited, but I'm forgetful and my eyesight isn't as good as it used to be so I couldn't see her name tag that well. I think her name was Denise or Denelle, I want to thank her personally for helping me not fear going to their care center. I also want to thank the nurses on the overnight shift they were very attentive to my needs and helping me when I couldn't do something myself. Theres a nurse named emma who sat with me many times, even when I was not her patient when I was having a rough day. She stayed with me for about 20 minutes just talking to me and reassuring me that I would get through today and be home soon. Josaline from the office came to visit me during my stay. It was nice to have a familiar face during my stay. I had a successful discharge home with the help of the social workers. They made sure all my post discharge care was coordinated with home health, dme, and pharmacy. I was grateful for their help and attentive detail to my needs. Thank you all so much for making my stay wonderful! Always, Patrick Flint"

My mother in law was there through the Christmas holiday in 2023 and she had a horrible experience! She kept crying help me help me and was in pain and nobody would come to her aid. She could hear the MA nursing staff just outside her room door talking amongst themselves about Christmas and were they were going for the holidays and blah blah blah. None them were talking about work or who should be caring for patients in the ward. My mother in law is 80 years old and has experienced the worst cruelty treatment she has ever had to endure in her whole entire life! She has told me, her family and friends that the 4 days she was there, that on the evening of December 25th, 2023, she was in her room at this nightmare of of a hospice nursing facility laying in her bed about to lose control of her physical facility and crying out for a bed pan she can use. The staff told her that if she kept asking for a bed pan once more, that she can just go pee in her night gown they had issued her because they were tired of hearing my 80 year old mother in-law asking for a bed pan. So she ended up soiling herself and it took over an hour for the staff to clean her up. Every staff member at this pacific garden dumpster of a nursing home should all be FIRED!!!!😤😡 Thses people that run this place should be arrested and ashamed of themselves for the terrible treatment and abuse that they inflicted on the poor elderly patients there!!! Unbelievable!!!! Shut this place down!!!! Terrible god awful circumstances that these elderly patients have to experience and endure at pacific gardens nursing facility!!!! Shame on all of you that work there and call yourself nurses and caregivers!!!
