Very kind therapists. I should have been aware in the beginning when they were unable to review the MRI I furnished, they were unable to treat me without some knowledge of the condition of my spine. It is very seriously damaged and without being able to see the damage, they were not able to help me. This could have caused more damage. This is not my complaint. It is that after many weeks, the office still maintained their inability to put me on the schedule for twice a week, as ordered by my referring physician. In addition, I once drove an hour for a scheduled session, only to be told my therapist was “out” that day. I needed to reschedule only one appointment. No one answered the phone for two days, or returned my voice messages. I was only able to receive a reply when I sent an email after several days of no response. Their hearts are in the right place, but the office is poorly run.

I was so afraid to come; I've been in pain for months! Leaving here I am in less pain, the therapist was thorough and super friendly. I feel more educated and confident I'll recover and be pain free following their advice.

I feel like when I am there, they work with me personally and encourage me. Therapists there are friendly, always learning to improve their skills to better improve their services for those who are in need. Thank you for being such an awesome team!

Unfortunately, I have had three surgeries in the last 7 years. Fortunately, I have had Pacific Coast Therapists to get me through!! I have experienced nothing but greatness from the office staff, assistants, and the therapists. My shoulder and left foot are 100% recovered and I am currently receiving treatment for my right foot. I am confident I will be at 100% by this time next year! Persistence and Patience!

Very positive and friendly staff. Everybody there are a delight, and helped me through the healing and rehabilitation process. Very highly recommended. I will miss their wonderful smiles. Will not hesitate to utilize their services again if ever needed. Kudos to this business and everyone there. Thank you.

Excellent therapists. There is a positive jibe to the place, the air of helping others improve. Front office staff has improved significantly in the last 3 years and they are the same individuals. I find the front office staff helpful and businesslike.

I like to give them 5 stars because all of the crew there at Pacific coast physical therapy, Ashely, Nell, Mari, Alex, Brian worked with me on my therapy. They were all nice and friendly. I always have a good happy vibe when I'm there. Thank you for such a good job on my care 🌼🌻🌳

The staff is friendly and attentive, appointment times are flexible to fit my schedule. It's just an all around comfortable place to go help heal, when your feeling a bit bent and broken.
