My review is based on the success of treatments to resolve pain and mobility issues. Holly has been my acupuncturist and she deserves a 5 Star rating. She listens and responds at every appointment to how I have been doing and how I am at that time. She is very knowledgeable and varies treatments as needed working to achieve long term solutions. I started with Holly due to her availability and have had no reason to change. I know other clients at Pacific Center of Health have their favorite practitioners, which is a credit to this business for offering options.

I had 4 acupuncture treatments for lower back and headaches. Holly is very thorough with questions, although some times treatment seemed a little hurried. On third appointment, I was offered a 15 minute neck/shoulder massage, which I agreed to, but, at the end, given their time-retrains, it didn't happen. I would give this place 5 stars but for two things: 1) when you're put upside down, with needles, low light and soft music, you tend to dose off - which is what they ask you to do - RELAX. However, nothing jars you back to reality like a slamming heavy door - not only to your room, but also the rooms around you. They should either make an effort/policy not to slam, keeping in mind the nature of their business, or invest in door bumpers to keep noise to a minimum. 2) They remind you of your appointment time via text, and you have to text back a confirmation, so now they know you're coming. However, every time I arrived on time, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for a "room to be ready". The front desk should schedule appointments keeping these things in mind. Being late is rude, but repeatedly keeping your customers waiting 15-20 minutes on a 50-60 minutes appointment, is extremely unprofessional. EVERYONE'S time is important.
I just started acupuncture for back pain. I've found it helpful. Good ambiance here. Nice staff. Overall good vibes & easy access to freeways.
Highly recommend if checking out complementary or holistic methods of healthcare. I've been going there for acupuncture to assist healing from a traumatic injury ... and they have been great on every level and layer. Highly recommend for your healing journey💓
I was in pain for two months due to chronic sciatica pain. I have done massages, physical therapy, percussion gun therapy, stretching and nothing worked. They squeezed me in for a same day appointment and Jada was my acupuncturist. People she is a magician!! I have done acupuncture I’m the past and have never had such a swift turn around of my pain ending. For the first time in weeks I was able to sit in my car without bracing for the pain. Looking forward to my next session
Lisa Loos is a phenomenal technician. I wish I could go more often. I always feel fantastic after my session with Lisa. I highly recommend this practice as well as Lisa as an individual MT ♡
I have been coming here for 32 years, from when they were on Washington St. My first experience was with Alex who cured my 1-year-old son of an ear infection. I cannot say enough about the value and integrity of the Pacific Center. I am also eternally grateful for their treatment of my infertility, which resulted in the birth of my now 28-year-old son. I continue to visit them for occasional "tune ups" and they have gained my trust over the years.
The staff was helpful and polite. The doctor that administered the Accupuncture was very professional. The massage table that I was laying on was a little uncomfortable. Overall I felt some relief from my pain after my session.
