P4 Physical Therapy

I went to therapy for left total knee replacement. I had already had my right knee replaced. I’ve been through therapy once. However, I was referred to P4 for my therapy this time! Let me just say WOW!! The staff at P4 are amazing. Trace, Roxanne, Arlie, Jordan, Bean and Natalie are the best! They are very kind , caring and knowledgeable with their skills. My first round of therapy never pushed me like they did, helped get to where I needed to be. They focused on areas I needed for work. These amazing people knew my name , said hello everytime I walked in! People are laughing , smiling and enjoying their job of helping others! I couldn’t have picked a better Therapists group anywhere! Again I thank you guys for being the outstanding group you are! Love ya and God bless you all! Shay Chapple , Gardendale

I was very impressed with the staff at P4. I had a left knee issue that they addressed in a manor that produced great results. The exercises and band therapy were spot on for my reduction in pain and better strength around the knee. Trace Garrett put a plan in motion that I can and still do from home that is very helpful. I will return to them in the future if needed. Thank you P4 of Gardendale.

The staff is great! They were tuned in to how I felt and where I was in recovery at every visit. They were kind, compassionate, and had the same goal as I did- to get me back on track and moving again! Overall I couldn’t be more pleased with my therapy and the results.

Wonderful experience at P4 in Gardendale. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel so welcomed. They did not only care about your physical health but your mental health as you rehab from your injury. Trace, Rox, Arlie and team always took care of my girl. This place was family. Thank you!!

I had a great experience at P4 Physical therapy. They worked very hard in meeting my needs to a quick recovery. Molly and Isaiah was great to work with an d very knowledgeable . Would definitely use P4 therapy if ever needed in the future .

I had the BEST experience at P4. Everyone is so helpful and caring. Trace was my main therapist, but everyone was great! Very knowledgeable. They had me pain free in no time. Great people! Highly recommend!

I would like to thank P4 Physical Therapy for their excellent care that I received during my time of treatment. They are very dedicated to making you better and the for the excellent treatment you gave me. But they people that works there have created a atmosphere of kindness and care. I feel like each person there has a tremendous gift from God to make people better. I’m especially grateful for Trace and Tyler, I mean they hold you accountable for being the best that you can be, they really care about you getting better as they make fun of you while they are doing. Not only did Trace make sure that I fully recovered from hip replacement surgery but he also targeted a my knee in which I had previous therapy at another facility that didn’t make sure I recovered from correctly. The staff at P4 is more like a family taking care of family, much to the entire staff.

Based on my previous physical therapy experience Roxanne went above and beyond to make sure I received the needed therapy, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her staff. Arlie and his coworkers are special people and should I need physical therapy in the future I know where I will go! Thanks for everything and I wish you all the very best!
