P4 Physical Therapy

I wish I could give more stars! I have been in severe pain for SO many years! I have been to physical therapy several times , but have never had anyone treat me the way P4 does. I felt unheard and sometimes felt like it was all in my head, and even had one PT tell me I was just going to have to "get over it." On my first visit with Dr. Graham, she HEARD me. She BELIEVED me! She cared what I was going through and has designed a true plan for my treatment. She and Tsianinia are dedicated to the success of their patients' health goals and truly care! I love how if I come in hurting, they take the time to massage and work on my sore muscles before doing my "work." They have motivated me, cared for me and have held me accountable for my own health. I already feel stronger, have less pain, and can do simple things around my house that I have not been able to do for years! I sincerely recommend the team at P4 Physical Therapy! I am so thankful for their expertise and care!

I have never thought I had to do physical therapy a day in my lifetime but I would say it is worth every penny, dime, quarter, nickel etc...Katie and her assistants are fantastic and I really do believe they both have the gift in healing patients and making them feel better because the exercises they come up with are priceless. The atmosphere is great and they care to listen to every aspect of your problem areas and provides the best service to get you back on the right path without rushing you. Since I have been doing physical therapy here it is taking some time for me but I am improving my conditions at each and every visit. The best experience of all is the heating pad that they allow you to have for 15 minutes towards the end of every session which has been helpful towards my tight, tender and sore muscles. I had a truly remarkable experience with Dr. Kate Graham and P4 Physical Therapy! The personalized care and hands-on approach clearly made a huge difference for me, especially after such a challenging situation with knee replacement, this was the second time my left knee was replaced in 17 months. Kate Graham and Tsianinia are incredible, they took exceptional care of me to make sure I had the best opportunity for full recovery, and I did!! My previous experience with Physical Therapy left a lot to be desired, both with a small clinic and big box therapy as well. So, what was the difference? Personal care, that's what, I was not directed to multiple machines around a room to rehab myself, Kate Graham was with me all the way, and her attention and commitment to my recovery allowed me to comfortably travel abroad just 11 weeks after surgery. Kate highlights the power of a dedicated healthcare professional who focuses on the individual, not just the condition. It's amazing that I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Kate Graham, a Doctor of Physical Therapy you can trust and is so deeply dedicated to her profession to help anyone in need of rehab! BTW, Kate and Tsininia also took care of my husband and was able to get him back on his feet too! We're two happy campers, THANK YOU KATE!!!

These ladies are awesome! Caring, professionals! They take their time with each patient. They don't try to rush you! I'm so glad I went to p4 therapy! My k ee and shoulder, hasn't felt this good in year's! Thanks ladies! I highly recommend them!

Kate and Tsianinia are both amazing! I have been to physical therapy several times for my knee and hip and have never been able to really get any help, but I am doing great now after years of struggling with this. I love the atmosphere there and how you get more one on one compared to other places that have 4+ patients to a therapist.

It was a delightful several weeks. Never had PT before so I didn’t know what to expect. Staff was always friendly and cheerful and put my comfort foremost. Feel like i made real progress with my condition and I would recommend their services to anyone who needs assistance with their problems. Facility was always immaculately clean and equipment clean and in good repair. Both therapists were very professional and knowledgeable of their field.

P4 physical therapy for personalized treatment. They are great at giving me exercises to strengthen around areas we are working on. They have been nothing but polite and patient with me during my care with them. I would highly reccomend them over TOC or SportsMed. Repeat customer working on another problem area now.
