P4 Physical Therapy

I had the best care! Everyone went above and beyond to get me back on my feet after I broke my ankle in December of 2023! Would highly recommend this facility! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My experience at P4 has been great! The therapist and office staff was extremely kind and helpful to each patient. They worked well together to make sure each patient had what they needed! They have helped me with my injuries and when the time comes I will go back there for theraphy and consider myself fortunate to be under such good care!

My experience at P4 was awesome! The therapist there are knowledgeable of your injury inwhich makes for a safe and productive recovery. Not only that the atmosphere is calm and pleasant that allows you to relax. I will always recommend P4.

First, all the receptionist and all the therapist are extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. Next, the therapy is really helping me. I am finding that I’m getting back to normal quicker than I had anticipated. I’m so thankful to everyone who has helped me along the way.

I went here because of all the raving reviews but it feels like it got all the great reviews because it has a small town feel to it amd everyone seemed to know everyone. I just felt like a number. they gotta get so many in the day. the therapist are working on multiple ppl during your session. I have done pt with other places and you are the only patient they are working on. that is the norm a physical therapist needs to be able to see if you are making progress so they can see if they need to adjust the treatment plan. alot of times I was standing around waiting for them to tell another patient what they needed to do next and it was just rushed. I don't blame any of the workers this is clearly is an upper management decision. I also was very annoyed with the receptionist. my dr's orders were to come in 2x a week for 4 weeks. they tried scheduling me everyday the first week and I was like yeah that's not gonna work. I usually don't think a place is trying to get more money but I do believe it with this place. with my insurance I get 26 sessions covered. I feel like they were trying to use those up instead of going by the drs orders. which is crap because you have no idea if I have to have something else done and need those sessions for something else. I even verified with my dr what his orders were so that was really shady. also the receptionist from day 1 had an attitude like she couldn't bother being there. you say hi and she is looking down at her phone and grumbles hey back. the only time I seen her get excited and be nice was when a girl with a toc sweatshirt came in sat behind the desk (yes where patient information is at) and chit chat with her. so that made me uncomfortable that as long as you know the receptionist you can sit with her and see people's private information. I worked in Healthcare and that is such a huge hipaa violation. the girl did not work there, 15 min later she was working with a therapist on her leg. so I will definitely not be going to this facility for any other pt. you can even google what makes a bad pt session and the pt not doing the whole session with you is a #1 red flag btw.

I received therapy twice for my right hip at this facility. Everyone was very personable and professional. I never had to wait. Mason, Georgia, Jessica, Parker, Carson, and Amy were all very good.

The staff is absolutely amazing and very supportive. I would recommend anyone giving them a try for any of your therapy needs.
