First physical therapy appointment since surgery. My new therapist is Greg Peugh and he very much exceeded my expectations so far. He paid great attention to the details of me specifically, explaining in depth what was happening to my body because of the new changes after spinal fusion. Also what we need to do for the best results. Personally I love the details. Looking forward to great results and a great experience. Special shout out to Mrs Julie who was vital in preparing me for surgery.

Ozark Healthcare Therapy is the greatest. doing Aquatic therapy and my therapist is great at getting me going. Dani has got me walking and doing things physically that i had doubts of ever doing again. I am back to riding my motorcycle again! staff is great. everyone i talk to here loves this team! thanks to all.

It took 4 phone calls before I could schedule an appointment. The person I spoke to was rather rude. The first call I left a message and received no call back. I called the next day and when I identified myself, she said, “I don’t have anything.” When I asked what she was talking about she said she didn’t have orders for me. I told her I had the orders. She told me to bring them to the office. I explained that I am an hour away could I email it and she said yes. I had printer issues and it took me 4 days to send it. I included my contact number. Never received a call back. The next day I called and she was at lunch. I was told she would call me back. I called back 3.5 hours later and was placed on hold for a few minutes. She got on the phone and told me she doesn’t have time to call every patient back. I did get scheduled with a different therapist. I’m now two weeks late at starting therapy. Part of that was on my printer issues but not a great first impression. Maybe some customer service training may be in order. I didn’t list her name but will be calling the director next week. Paul, my therapist was very knowledgeable and helpful. My first interactions with the other employee would have merited zero stars but my physical therapist was very helpful.

My recent visit to the Podiatry department was very good. The receptionist and nurse were friendly and professional. I was seen in a timely manner. They were able to do x-rays on site and the doctor immediately recognized the problem and had a solution. I would highly recommend this group!

I waited in Podiatry for 20 mins for someone to come to me with a foot splint to show me how to put it on. My doctors assistant decided to walk me to healthcare therapies. I had to wait another 10-15 mins before talking with someone about why I was there. I had to wait another 5-10 mins before a therapist showed up then things begin to happen I was shown how to put on my foot splint and take it off and asked additional questions I had before I was done. My doctors appointment was at 1 pm and done by 1:20 pm the rest of the time was waiting for therapies to assist me. I didn’t leave until 2:30 pm. Too much of my time wasted on waiting. I should have been out of the hospital no later than 1:45pm. Needs improvement.

This was my first visit with a physical therapist. Greg explained what I was experiencing, why, and the treatment plan. Next he did the treatment. Everything went well. I am glad I went to the session, it relieved my dizziness.

My experience was great. I got a cast put on and he was very gentle and he explained things to me so I could understand it I had a good experience.....

Logan was very knowledgeable and helpful re my detailed & specific condition.. made it understandable for me.. looking forward to my treatments.
