The hospital is a 3. A place for sm issues. Or the ER is excellent. Stay in hospital. Go anywhere else for more then a simple flu or overnight stay. The SPECIALTY CLINIC is #1. Dr. Camp knows his stuff. I've been getting injection in the back for 15 yrs. 2 yrs with Camp. Staff is friendly. They care for you. Follow up every time. I recommend him to anyone needed a close place. Doc Roger's for EDG , COLONOSTOMY .Dr.Hanna for hormons. Just call them. Excellent SPECIALTY CLINIC

OCH has major communication & organizational issues that are only exacerbated by an apathetic support staff. No matter how well I planned ahead to avoid obvious, repetitive, and foreseeable issues, the staff always found a way to make even the most routine tasks unnecessarily difficult or down-right impossible. In my observation nearly every failure came down to a staff member writing my important information down on a "Sticky Note" that never left their desk. The "sticky note" process also ensured staff members would never be held accountable while garanteeing every request or task would be ignored until it became an unecessarily chaotic and stressful event for me, the patient. OCH could easily mitigate many of these issues by simply using the OCH Patient Portal that is currently available but never used for some reason. This tool is designed to manage appointments, test results, billing, prescription refills, and so on. While I loved my Doctor, the staff was bad for my health. Good luck

Incompetent is a generous word. Not only did I mention my child's allergy and reiterate it every phone call and asked several times if the medications to be given would be safe for him and I was constantly assured it wouldn't be an issue. Also asked several questions over and over again. Well, day of my child's dental surgery and they check, THAT DAY, if the medications for PAIN and pre op would be appropriate for him and they were not. So I was told that they didn't have medications for pain for him that were safe so he would not be able to get them nor did they have anything in preparation for him to accommodate. So he woke up crying in pain from just having oral surgery. I had to call someone in Springdale to go and bring me medication, over the counter, that was safe for him from Walmart and bring them to me. We paid for it. I will be calling the insurance company as well to make sure they're not billed for medications that were not given. The staff was quick to take the medication for charting, as if they gave it, when they saw it there. They also don't communicate because they had no idea he wasn't even given anything pre op when they saw he was going to get something post op and advised against it.

Grove Integris kept trying admitt me to the Mayo Clinic cause they said they didn't have the understanding or ability to treat me. Took the Dr's at Gravette in no time figured out what was wrong and treated me. So I would say Gravette Hospital is as Good or better then the Mayo Clinic. And for sure better then Integris. I'll never go anywhere else. Best hospital, hospital Staff and Dr's in the nation as far as I'm concerned. Any where else your taking a risk, but here they will take the time to get it right.

My cantankerous grandpa went and said this is the best hospital he has ever been too.
