Ozark Physical Therapy Specialists

I had intended to wait until my therapy was finished to write my review, but now seems as good a time as any. For some background, I have undergone therapy in the past and was never a huge fan. In my experience, it often felt like there were many suggested methods that didn't actually help. However, my experience with Ozark PT Specialists has been completely different. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated as if they had known me forever. This warm reception extended from the front office staff to the therapists and techs in the back. Crystal has been my primary physical therapist for most of my journey. Each session, she not only listened to my concerns but also took the time to explain things whenever I had questions. When I mentioned what felt effective and what did not, my therapy was adjusted to better suit my needs. I never felt like I was just going through the motions; instead, I felt a sense of accomplishment after each visit because the team genuinely motivates you to succeed. I can't thank them enough for helping me on this journey back to what normal can be after my surgery.

I have had both shoulders replaced and an ankle replaced, and the staff is stupendous! Crystal can't be beat on the shoulder, and the rest of the staff have been wonderful when I had an ankle replacement. I can't praise them enough for the dedication that all of them have to help me be the best I can be.

Heather M also meets us with a smile. She goes above and beyond to get the schedules for my kids and I on the same days and almost the same times. She's a smile when you're down and hurting. Thanks Heather!!

I was sent here by my doctor for a shoulder injury. I was skeptical of PT when I began, but actually noticed improvement after my first session. Now, my shoulder is about back to normal, which just amazes me. Ozark Physical Therapy gets my highest recommendation, and my therapist, Rhonda, performs miracles. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Within literally one week I am already walking better. The staff here are phenomenal, professional and caring! This is the best place I have ever received physical therapy from. They all take time to know you and understand your issues. The therapists are extremely well trained and their goal is patient satisfaction. if you are fortunate enough to be referred here, you will receive the best of care.
