Can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dimmel! My case has not been an easy one, but he has always been there for me and took the time to explain my options. I always feel like he’s doing everything possible. He listens and he gives feedback. That kind of care is hard to come by these days. Ozark Orthopedics as a whole is a very caring Clinic. I’ve also been to their physical therapy, and they are top-notch as well! Five stars all the way!

Personable but direct. Confident and knowledgeable.. Obviously knows what he’s doing but in a reassuring way. Very professional along with his staff. I left feeling that I was in good hands and looking forward to the surgery. I went in thinking it would be wise to get a second opinion but this is my guy.

Dr. Benafield was very pleasant and definitely knowledgeable. He got me right in for X-ray and to a room and he was there in about minutes. He listened well and diagnosed with exam quickly. He treated my symptoms with an injection and explained procedure and what I would feel before doing so. I was on my way in 40 minutes. Also the receptionist and his assistant were both courteous and attentive. I am impressed. Thank you

Dr. Johnson is a top notch, friendly, Personable Doctor! Great guy, converses well and is very clear on diagnosis, treatments and anything else related to the visit. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone that needs orthopedic services!

I received pre visit registration paperwork via email and text message which made the initial office visit go much faster. On arrival I had very little additional information needed and my wait time was very short. Dr Deimel was very punctual and pleasant and easy to talk to. He offered several options and explained them in detail so there weren’t any questions. I was very pleased with his professionalism.

The people were very friendly. I got in and out very quickly. Dr.Hanby was thorough, friendly and the shots were quick without much discomfort. Gunner the receptionist was so friendly. I'd refer them to others. Thanks!!

Dr Diemel is an expert at his profession. He’s so well educated with lengthy experience. I have complete trust in his ability to diagnose and treat. He is loaded with patients at all times and works quickly, but that says to me he is in high demand. I’ve been seeing him for almost ten years for lumbar issues and he offers multiple treatment options to improve pain control and improve quality of life. I am grateful I found such a fine physician.

I appreciate Dr. Randolph being thorough and wanting to help me get back to an active lifestyle. I was hoping for some sort of relief from the pain today, and was upset leaving knowing that I didn’t have another appointment for a month, and I’m barely able to do very simple tasks, including be the sole provider for 3 small children. I do feel like I was able to voice my concerns about treatment and be heard, so I am hopeful they can help. I’m desperate to have my life back. And I don’t want to wake up crying from pain every day any longer. First visit, so we’ll see. Dr. Randolph was very kind and I felt he was easy to communicate with. Update after 4 or 5 visits; I am convinced I couldn’t be under better care than what I have received from the doctors and staff. Greg is absolutely phenomenal and has gone above and beyond to help me get a plan together so I can have my life back. He listens and answers all of my questions and is always very informative about my options. Dr. Diemel seems very caring and wonderful as well. Very happy for their help!
