A family member has called a patients doctors office - and praised this facility for the way her sister was treated. Pt is walking on a walker!! She gained weight and reported she ate good food. She was treated kindly and listened to. "We thought we were going to loose her, but, in less than 3 weeks, she is literally walking on a walker" (she has not walked more than 4 steps in 2 years) Thank you for taking such good care of patients, pat yourself on the back, goodness gracious you deserve it.

Personel are fine. However the wound care department sent my medicine for a 3rd degree burn to the wrong address that was 8 years old. I complained but was told it was an insurance issue by the wound care assistant which was not true and was not checked. This is extremely disturbing as this possibly compromised my treatment. This should have been updated.

The ER is a joke, 0/10 would not recommend it. Was the only patient there, and it took them 3 hours to get test results and be released. To make it even better, the results were not correct, and I still had to go to the doctor the following day.

Just had a mammogram done and could not have been more pleased with the service. Appointment was at 8:30 and I was leaving at 8:40. After some of the bad reviews I have read I was not sure what to expect on my first visit. Kara was my radiologist and she was great and the others were also. Highly recommend them

Treated very badly by the person who was in charge of my chart. I highly recommend moving to another city lol. The nurses were kind. The person who claims to be a doctor Kennedy didn't explain or listen to me. When I lost my gusto for explaination i told him I would have my mother call him to advocate for me. And he asked me how old I was!- Knowing how old I am! An adult human with knowIedge about my chronic illnesses, which no one there even knew existed, nor did they look into it or call my primary care whose name is on a plaque in their lobby. By the end of my stay i was so frustrated and confused because I had to argue every little step and I still got no where. They stopped 2 of my regular medications for no good reason from the 16th til the 18th. And despite asking multiple nurses and another person multiple times i wasn't given a reason as to why until I was discharged and walking out the door. Which i almost ran from. The information i gave to take into account was completely ignored. I am 30 years old. I shouldn't have to call my momther to talk to you because you couldn't hear me the first time. And it's always important to have an advocate. So the problem isn't my age, my best bet would be a problem with another person's ego, and ears.... their internal age, maybe? At the end of a hospital stay you should feel safe and cared for. Not like you almost lost your mind from the experience given by the people who call themselves professionals in this field. Who patronized the hell out of me. The nurses were mainly fantastic and caring, love them. Big points from me to them! Thank you for everything you did to help me, nurses and aides.

These people were the most empathetic, caring, especially the ER doctor. They treated my daughter so well. And went above and beyond for her!!! I can't say enough about these wonderful people.

I’m disgusted with the care that was given to my mom on Christmas Eve. No one wants to be at a hospital on Christmas Eve. You know the job title when you take it. Legal action may be taken. I wish there was a option for zero stars. It pains me to write this about a hospital in a town I grew up in and how good this place use to be.

I have always stood up for this hospital, but my visit there yesterday for a mammogram was horrible. Everyone said go to Conway, and I said this would be easier. No, it wasent. I miss Nina so much.
