I applaud the staff for their attentiveness to my mother, Annie Turner during her stay. We wants to thank the Therapy department, because of them she can walk independently.I also want to applaud Joley and the staff in the wound department for doing an excellent job with her wound..she said and I quote .. Joley you’re the best❤️❤️❤️

This Nursing home is going down. They need help the CNA’s have bad attitude problems, they’re under staffed . People dying and they don’t have to due to the lack of care at this place. If they don’t get there people to getting! I can see a big lawsuit.. The CNA’s need to be fired they don’t want to work. Nobody cares for real.. These are people who need help and caring for . Get some help here.

As a CNA that has worked in the facility for over a year I can confidently say that this facility has been the best nursing home I have ever worked at honestly the staff are so amazing, friendly, hard working and so down to earth the dietary staff always get food out on time and served hot. I highly recommend this nursing home for you and or your loved ones whether you’re searching for long term care or short term rehabilitation this facility is great and I’ve honestly seen miracles at this place and not to mention Mrs. Sonya our administrator nice friendly firm and down to earth she really makes everyone feel welcome and as if they’re her own family as well as our wonderful DON Mrs. Angelina she makes it her mission to take care of business and make sure everyone is comfortable. I also recommend this as a job choice if you want to be certified or if you just love taking care of others this facility is FOR YOU!. They have their very own training course that specializes in quality care and safety for residents and yourself if you are interested make sure to talk to Mrs Cindy and Mrs Lacey these two ladies are amazing and absolutely love their job they will have you on the floor and trained in no time. This facility is honestly an all around beautiful place but let’s not forget about all the beautiful and well taken care of residents they are so nice and precious. 5 STAR WOULD RECOMMEND!

As soon I walked into the facility, I realized how inviting and welcoming it appeared. What stood out the most was the how friendly the staff was towards every visitor that walked in, including myself. I realized this was not just a group of healthcare professionals showing up to their job, working to care for residents. Instead, a group of coworkers that act like family, and it shows from the care provided to residents, to the welcoming kindness to every visitor that steps through the door. Everyone was so helpful in my experience. Every individual was willing to take time out of their day, and help in any way that was needed. 5/5. Highly recommend this facility!

As a family member of a loved one that resides at Ozark Health and Rehab I am pleased with the care that my family member receives. The staff treats her like she is family. The staff does a great job. The CNA on dayshift that cares for my loved one looks after her as if she was her mother and for our family that means a lot.

I was brought here after ten days in the hospital. I could not walk (arthritis). After one week, I was able to walk again, due to the help of the therapists. Medications were given on time. The CNAs would check on me several times a shift. The nurses also. They never complained about any mess I was making. They helped me to the bathroom, helped me transfer from the bed to the chair, made sure I was warm enough. Made sure I had water and ice. The food was great. The nutritionist came in and discussed what I liked and didn't like. The therapists set goals, told me what they were and then went about helping me to achieve them. I was in the hospital for ten days and in rehab for three weeks. I set a personal goal of getting out prior to my birthday. Medicare stepped and determined I was ready to leave. I was sent home with meds, and clear cut instructions.on what to do. I have absolutely no complaints.

Ozark health and rehabilitation is a great facility inside and out the staff are very knowledgeable and professional nobody goes without here everyone is treated fairly and as if they are family. I love working here as a CNA with 3 years of experience in home care and nursing homes as well as being a PCA in a hospital I can confidently say that this place is a great choice. highly recommend this for you and or your loved ones!

My father-in-law stayed here for just under a year and was incapable of taking care of himself. He was completely neglected. This facility and their staff did not do their jobs properly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!! Further down you will see 5 star ratings from the Gouge's, Sonya was/is an administrator at the facility her review would be biased and of course her family member would get special treatment. Those 5 stars do not reflect properly on this disgusting establishment.
