Oxley Park Health & Rehabilitation

Without hesitation I can strongly recommend this facility. My sister in law was there for 6 weeks under their care before her passing and we had nothing but top notch care the entire time. Care and attention along with a love for their patience was very evident from the person that cleans the rooms, to the aids that take care on an hourly basis. The nurses were superb and always kept us informed. The management was there with us throughout the entire process. Even in our grief they were attentive even the Hospice chaplain. They were so good to us. Thank you Oxley Park.

Oxley is a great nursing home. Very clean and friendly. The staff is so nice, and always greet the residents and families when they come in. I’ve never heard any complaints.

Highly recommend this place, anyone with a brain would send there loved ones here for care. Amy the administrator and nancy the director of nursing is the best people ever. This is high quality care. Great attitudes, great staff, and a wonderful place overall!!

Our family is very happy with this facility. They are warm and friendly and have treated our dad well. No place is perfect but we feel like his conditions are checked on regularly and attended to as necessary. The staff has been very responsive to us and totally accessible when we contact them. I visit regularly and am very aware. There have only been a few minor issues and those were immediately taken care of. We know they care about the residents and it shows!

I love it here! The residents are amazing, the staff is amazing, and the CNA program has been an absolute privilege!! This is such a great place!

Highly recommend Oxley Park if you are looking for a place for your loved one. Our experience has been wonderful, from the first phone call to Barbara they have been very informative and taken great care of our mother. I am so thankful for all of the staff that are taking care of her and helping guide us through this experience we never imagined we would have to be in.
