Outpatient Rehabilitation Services at Dartmouth Commons

When you're there it's good but when they change 3 weeks of appointments and don't tell you, not good. I sat in the waiting room for 40 mins before I decided to leave and that's when I found out my appt was changed to 2 days later. I called to cancel the rescheduled appt and found out my next two appt's were also rescheduled. Would have been nice to know.

Worked with Jordan during my prehabilitation for my torn ACL. She was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She helped me get my full range of motion back. Would recommend anyone to go here!

My experience at CMC Outpatient Rehab was phenomenal! The knowledge and concern displayed by this fantastic team of therapists is beyond compare. I was very lucky to be paired up with physical therapists, Kendra and Kaitlyn. These two smart, benevolent women are amazing at their jobs and make each session worthwhile. With their help I am gaining the confidence, strength and knowledge to overcome my injury.

THIS FACILITY SHOULD BE ASHAMED, IM a brittle diabetic snd cant tell how im going fo feel in the mornings with my fibromyalgia, and there was 2 appointments i was calling to be late for abd 1 family emergency hade an appointment AT MY HOSPITAL CMC dufferent location, referals trip to lebanon,for options from drs and other endo tests ,made my new appointments BEST PART VICTORS on vacation ,so someone called him "unreachable about me suffering paralysis in the mornings snd secretary MADE SURE HE GOT THAT MESSGAGE AND CANCLED MY APPOINTMENTS AT DIFFERENT LOCATION CAUSE HES A RICH DOCTOR AND OWNS THAT LOCATION ALSO, NO COMOASSION SHE WAS EXCITED TO GO OUTA HER WAY TO GET VICTOR THAT MESSAGE NOT ANY DATE WHEN HELL BE DONE HIS VACATION, and im sure they all sleep just fine at night. Thats whats wrong with this world But luck i have a great advocator and be more than happy to take my money to a family run operation where EACH patient matters..SHAME SHAME SHAME im entitled to my opinion on here , and lets see if this changes his possible reconsideration there ,doubt full.. DID I SAY SHAME IM A DIABETIC type 3 with nonoancreas and i cant put on my underwear snd they are fine with putting off treatments .

Knowledgeable therapists and friendly front desk staff!! These therapists can treat just about everything! I Highly recommend being treated at CMC outpatient rehab clinic.

Worst experience I've ever had in my life was in this office, just because i had to re-scheduled my appointment twice, the staff was very rude with me.

Very rude receptionists. Need better customer service. Sad. She was not a pleasant person.
