Outpatient Rehabilitation - Chandler Regional Medical Center

We have had the best care here! Not only the people at the front desk but my daughter's therapist, Dean. He is excellent!!!

I will never go to this facility nor hospital system ever again. For pelvic floor therapy they charge $284 per 15 minutes. For an evaluation and 3 one hour sessions they charged is $1,970. They far exceeded my insurance company's maximum. They said "I am escalating to my manager and will call you back." Instead I received an automated message to contact billing. Billing said "No one will call you back. We can mail you a dispute form that will arrive in 7-10 business days." I will never go to this hospital system again.

This place is a black hole for responses. My doctor sent a request to schedule me and got crickets. Going on six weeks. I’ve called directly and left messages and also got crickets. What magic incantation am I missing?

Doing post stroke physical therapy and cognition therapy here. I’ve had nothing but a great experience and amazing care. They really care about you and helping people. They take an interest in the patient that’s not always common. I highly recommend this rehab facility.
