Outpatient Physical Therapy & Rehab Services

I was referred to OPT by the Proliance team at Valley Medical Center following a recent knee surgery. It's my first experience going through PT and I couldn't be happier with the support and care that I've received. The Kent office has a great atmosphere and is very welcoming. You can tell this team not enjoys what they do, but are also closely knit. I have primarily worked with Sarah and Andrew who have both been outstanding. They are knowledgeable, personable and incredibly supportive. I can’t recommend this team enough.

The Renton office is comprised of a wonderful team of professionals who are positive, compassionate and knowledgeable. I suffer from intermittent severe lower back pain due to sciatic nerve pain and arthritis. Working with Dalton and Megan has helped my range of motion, improve posture and decrease pain tremendously. I have also learned exercises to aid me going forward. Thank you all!

The team of physical therapists did an amazing job helping me relieve my shoulder discomfort and provided me with the tools to use at home to add strength and flexibility to the affected area. I highly recommend Outpatient Physical Therapy on 240th in Kent,WA.

Very cramped space with no air conditioning. If there's another person scheduled, you're within their wingspan. I don't know why they would crowd all three of the spots they have into one corner but that's what they do here. The front desk receptionist harassed me for a referral while I was injured. I then watched her call the doctor and had my referral faxed over in less than 15 minutes... In my experience the people working here lack common sense and common decency. I would recommend you go somewhere else.

I came in with a knee injury that made walking very difficult. Within a couple months I was ready to go hiking again, and had learned enough to help keep my muscles/joints happy and in shape. The staff are all very friendly (I worked with Juan and Olga specifically) and ready to help. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend this location.

The staff here is very impressive! PTA Sarah is very thorough and patient. MT Andrea works wonders on stiff muscles. And Laurie managed all of the bookkeeping with perfection. Kudos to all!!

Excellent, knowledgeable therapists and staff! Love that the staff all remembers who I and other patients are by name when we walk in. They know their stuff and work hard to get me back to my full range and strength. Looking forward to trying out the massages!
