Patient experiences
Don’t bother making an appointment here they clearly don’t want your business. Tried multiple times to make an appointment for pelvic floor. The staff is rude and there is only one person that makes those appointments who never seems to be working. Called 3 different times trying to make an appointment with no success.
I arranged to have lymphedema therapy. I was told that it was important to come every day. So, I carved out the time from my busy schedule to make my appointments. But there were holes because of staffing and they cancelled on me as well. I'm going 4 days now without therapy. While the therapist is very knowledgeable, the staffing situation is atrocious. If you're considering this place for lymphedema therapy, I suggest you go to Mather instead .
Once you get pass the receptionist and their incompetency in scheduling your appointment dates and times correctly, I guess it's ok. I've only been there once but scheduled two appointments and both were wrong.... I'm sensing a slight case of dyslexia on behalf of the receptionist
Hmm so many poor reviews, why not hire someone who can fix that?
P/T and O/T is great
Outstanding occupational therapy but physical therapy was poor. Therapist neglected to read script from MD!! Therefore, inappropriate therapy was delivered.
