I saw Kayla for several months between Jan and June 2024 for a pinched nerve. Honestly the pain was brutal and I couldn't believe how weak I had gotten from it. I felt like I was starting over when I was working hard on dead hang pull ups a week or two before. Kayla was an incredibly positive and supportive force from day one. She's friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and adaptable. She is a great teacher who empowered me and cheered me on, helped me resolve a lot of pain, taught techniques which I still use today every day and whenever I feel tightness coming back in my upper traps. I enjoyed my sessions and walks to the office. All the front desk staff were incredible too. Really kind in adding me to waitlists, helping me set up future appointments, and following up as needed. I haven't been back in a while but it's because I feel great and like I know how to position myself for upper body work (chin tucked, shoulders down) and can help train my personal trainer on what to look for as well. Thank you Outback and Kayla, if I ever need PT again you'll be my first call.

My fiancé and I had fantastic experiences at Outback PT. As endurance athletes, it’s hard to find the right care to support our goals. Anders Broussard provided us with exceptional, compassionate, and informed treatment. Because of her, neither of us had to miss a single race! She not only helped us in the moment, she also gave us tools to stay healthy and injury-free so we can continue to train without worry. I highly recommend this practice!

Kayla is thorough, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Under her guidance, my knee pain has disappeared. I have learned to strengthen the major muscles in my legs and hips to prevent future injuries. She has provided excellent individual attention and exercises suited to my specific lifestyle activities. I recommend her and Outback without hesitation.

Outback PT is wonderful! I have been seeing Dr Anders Brouissard there for several months now. She has been helping me get past an injury, using exercises, manual work, dry needling, and stretching. It's working! She is also a great conversationalist and it's a delight to have appointments with her. Overall the office is very responsive and helpful as well, and takes most insurances.

Had a fantastic experience with Riley at Outback! Visited for multiple injuries due to my various outdoor activities. Riley is kind and thorough and helped me get back to baseline (and more!!). Thank you Riley and the outback team for getting me through my half marathon and climbing V9!

I came to Outback after a terrifying automobile accident where I almost lost my ability to walk. I could not have been more happy with my experience at Outback. Therapist Riley Simons gently and incrementally helped my leg to heal beyond what I thought was going to be possible. I really felt had a strong ally that was invested in my recovery, and I can’t imagine how I would have gotten to where I am now physically without her help! Highly Recommend ✨

I worked with Riley for about 6 months for two different issues - and hip and jaw - -she’s amazing! My chronic hip pain had improved significantly after working with her manageable expertises and guidance. I’ve been in PT so many times for my chronic pain, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal care. Kristin was so attentive when listening to me describe the nature of my injury and pain. I really appreciated that she had a competitive sports background and could empathize with my frustration: wanting to participate in a sport I love but feeling limited by an injury. She spent considerable time working with me, trying various movements to help identify the source of the pain and left me with a structured plan of exercises I could do on my own to help aid and expedite my recovery. I felt a noticeable improvement in my condition in just a couple weeks.
